Not delivered on Time

It has been almost five years since I had booked an apartmenton the 10th floor 3rd Phase with Nacons Builders in O Block,Platinum City.I still have to get the delivery of the flat. I have also paid the cost of the flat.

I have also recently purchased flat in phase-3. They are showing a good progress nowadays. Persons who has booked flat earlier are not paying the remaining amount or they are not forcing builder to complete the flat. Right now cemented road construction is going on inside O block.

I too have booked in 3rd phase Platinum city. Got registered in Jan . Still pocession is not given. . They are not sure of handing over the building.

I could see your comment on pahse - 2 is good, when many people told the builder is a cheater / do not care the construction etc...

few manpower are used. not the good materials are used for the construction etc.

"Sankaran" is one of the agent sitting with Nocon builder. All these people are fit for nothing, should be hanged immediately without mercy. These people have looted the money from common people and made hell in the platinum city.
