[Resolved] Flipkart — Charged me and showed order cancelled. | |
I ordered some products worth Rs. 1070/-. It showed that my order was cancelled but my debit card was charged 1070. I emailed the customer care of flipkart and they replied that the order didnot went through their portal and hence it will automatically be refunded in 7 days per the norms. I ordered the products using COD. This was on 1st Aug 2013. I have not heard since. I tried to contact HDFC bank and they informed that the order was successfully made as per the merchant(Flipkart). I have tried to contact them several times but have not got any response. They keep on saying that it will revert in 5 working days.
