Dear Team,

This is with Reference Order ID. ​OD[protected] for DELL Inspiron 15R 5521 Laptop. I have placed the Order on 28th June with full payment made. And at the time of booking it showed This Item is Available in Stock due to which i have booked and which is supposed to be delivered by 8th of July. After checking the status through your online portal i have seen there is no changes in the status line since one week. It just showing the Product payment was approved. Due to which i have raised a Query for status.. It was responded on 6th July stating "There is an unexpected delay from the sellers "WS Retail" in having the order shipped. The order is expected to be shipped to you in the next 2-3 working days" but after 1 hour of that mail i have got another mail stating that "We regret to inform you that your order OD[protected] for the item(s) mentioned below has been cancelled by the seller WS Retail citing its unavailability"

​I don't understand how can Flipkart Cancel my Order within an Hour of query mail reply stating it will is unexpected delayed". How can flipkart cancel the Order without proper resolution or alternative. This is Never acceptable. After waiting for one week for my order flipkart cancelled my order. Which is Un-acceptable, by the time i have booked this product it's Price was Rs. 50,190/- only + Rs.300(6 months EMI). Now the price was also increased upto Rs.3000/-. If at all i wanted to book this product again i will be in Loss of Rs.3000/-. And i have wasted my time in waiting for the product to be delivered... I think FLIPKART cancel the order if the product price increase and they want to earn more profit of the same product..

Your service is very very poor. Why take order for a world famous book that you can not deliver even after 3 months. Cancell the order

    I have experienced the worst customer service from Flipkart. On 16th June I have placed order OD[protected] for Lava Wi Fi 3G router worht of Rs 1593. The product was delivered to me on 17th evening, I tried connecting my Airtel 3G dongle to the router but it didn't work. I called Lava service center for taking advise on wi fi setting on my ipad/laptop. They have given some instruction which didn't work and I was told by service person to reach out to the Lava customer care in Chennai for better assistance. On 21st I traveled to Visakhapatnam(VSKP), I went to Lava customer care in VSKP for assistance on 22nd evening. They have taken the device and asked me to come on Monday evening since they need atleast 1 day to check the device. On Monday 24th I went to Customer care and they confirmed me that there is a defect in the product which needs to returned. I immediately called Flipkart customer care and complained about the delivery of defective product, the customer care executive assured me for replacing the product. I've mentioned that I was in VSKP, however he said he can redirect the new product shipment to VSKP address and also the person from Flipkart would come to for pick up the old product.I was happy for this service and on 25th June I checked a mail confirmation from Flipkart which stated the delivery and pick up address as Chennai instead of VSKP. I called the Flipkart customer support and I was told to send mail request for the address update, i sent mail and also got return confirmation that the address update is acknowledged. On 26th June, person from Flipkart had taken the old product from me and he said the new product would be delivered latest by Friday. I checked the online tracking system on the product shipment and to my shock the new product shipment was on the way to Chennai. I called Flipkart care on 27th June and spoke to executive named Priyanka, she apologised for the trouble and she assured me that the product will be delivered with in 48hr time from 27th June and I she also provided the call reference #[protected]. As soon as the call got over I got a sms from courier that the product delivery would happen by end of the day. Initially I ignored the request and later at 4pm the courier person called me for the address for delivery, I again called the customer care for why the update is not communicated to the courier service. The customer care executive told me not to worry and they would take care of the redirecting the shipment to VSKP as promised earlier. On 28th Friday I checked the status which mentioned as the product delivery didn't happen since customer unavailable and redirected to Bangalore. I called the customer care again at night 9pm to find out what is happening on this, again I got a false promise that the product will be sent to VSKP latest by Monday evening. As usual the false promises, apologies and extra time request have been told by the person.
    I waited till Monday and the product was not delivered and evening I called again the same useless customer care and I was told to wait for another 48 hours time for the delivery. I spoke to a supervisor called Vikas Rana and he gave assurance that the product would be sent to my initial address (Chennai) with in 48hrs and he said he would personally follow up on the delivery. On 2nd July Morning he called me and said that he initiated a new shipment from Delhi which will reach by end of Wednesday, I agreed to the same. I checked the shipment tracking online and the latest status is "in transit to Chennai", I have not received the product until Wednesday evening. On 4th July also the same update available online, I called the customer care and they are absolutely useless who do not know any information about the shipment. As usual I got all the vague promises and this time I was told to wait for another day to get the product.
    My sincere request to all the people who are interested to do shopping with Flipkart to think as much as you can before taking risk. The customer care is useless and no one knows any information. They are the worst people to provide information.
    I request concerned to take necessary action in this regard.

      I have placed an Order with FLIPKART Order no: OD[protected]. The order was placed on 21st June 2013. At the time of placing the order I entered my pincode 400702 and the site showed that the area is in range and the courier will be delivered.

      I placed the order and paid the money through netbancking which I think was my biggest mistake. Now two weeks from order the shipment has not been recieved by me. On the first week no one at flipkart was even aware that I have not got my shipment. It was when I called and informed them they came to knwo about this and they again started the shipment. Now after two weeks they are saying that the courier company does not ships in my area.

      Nobody has informed me about this it was when I checked the website it was mentioned that my shipment has again be returned to flipkart and when I called them they said this story. They have without my confirmation canceled my order and have intiated the retrurn.

      But the service is really pathetic. I ahve placed some many orders at flipkart and they were delivered from the same courier compant the difference this time was that I paid the amount in advance and because if this they have done this.

      The company is just a big fraud.

        This is to bring attention to flipkart about their terrible and irresponsible customer care & support service. This is in regards to the following orders: OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected].
        Firstly, it is very sad that the information given to me in the email and the customer care was all fake.
        Flipkart failed to deliver on time for all the orders and when I contacted the support they said it is all due to the courier company. I contacted the courier FedEx and got to know that they have not reecived the shipment from flipkart. I sent the email conversation with the fedEx representative to flipkart support but then again I was promissed that flipkart will deliver it anyhow by 27th June and after that I contacted again and asked for the reason for the delay, since then I have not received any response.
        I contacted the customer care talked to Shareef and then some senior executive named Shankar and Shankar convinced me that he will make sure that the orders will be shipped again with a different courier company and just after half an hour I got emails from flipkart telling about the unabllity to deliver the products. It is pathetic and very irresponsible. This is cheating. I have been given false information continuosly by the customer care and the email support. I asked Shankar to put a special note that I don't want a refund but I want these products to be delivered and he assured me of that but just for completeing the call it seems.

        It happened with my previous order which was a GIFT which offcourse never delivered and returned after a week and refunded after 10 days of return. all in all were you playing with the money for 15 days??
        It is very sad that a company of such a good reputation is treating their customer in this manner.
        It is a shame for flipkart.

          Hi,
          I have Purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 from online store Flipkart.com on April 30th, 2013. The offer was 15% cash back & supposed to be credited before 15th June 2013.
          Order Id: OD[protected]
          But not yet received the cash back amount, and whenever I contact flipKart they give me a new date for cash back (Incident:[protected].
          From past 15 days i am following flipkart customer care representatives, but always they used to say “we will pass your concern to our finance team”.
          Very pathetic service ever I seen.

            Hi,

            I have purchased my phone samsung galaxy grand duos from flipkart site under an offer of 15% cashback and 0 % interest on EMI's.
            I purchased the phone in April,2013.
            Order ID : OD[protected]

            But not yet received the cashback amount, and when ever I contact flipKart they give me a new date for cashback.

            I didn't expected this cheating from a company like flipKart.
            It has been 2 month since I am following these guys but no success yet.

            cash back — fraud companay

            i had given 5000 on 25th of feb as half yearly . this indian info told this that if you make policy be will provide you one cradit card in against of this policy . as i am a business man . ican understand that why it is late but this much late . i dopte my policy on march last .but they told me this policy will take only 10 to 15 days . now the regional manager of indian info mr. swami and two employes name ehika das and ranjita das making me fool till now if this things goes on like this then icicipru reputation will go where .

            I booked a set of 2, the tempered glass for mobile through order no OD[protected]. Flipkart delivered only one. I filed a complaint and they accepted and replaced the packet. This time also the packet contained only one pc and that too a broken one. I complained again and they promised to deliver two. This time again they delivered only one. When I complained, they say that they will get the amount refunded by the vendor.

            It seems that flipkart is indulged in the fraudulent activities and is supporting its vendors for the same.
            The name of the vendor is Silicon computers & laptop, Bangalore. He tried to commit fraud by sending one pc only as he might have thought that customer may not bother as it is a very small amount of money involved. After all these time consuming tactics, the customers may forget and settle with whatever is given. Instead of penalising the vendor, they are letting them go woth only making them return the money. If Flipkart had right intentions, they could have black listed the vendor and had made them refund the money for all the harassment caused to the customer.

            moto droid turbo display problem

            I ordered a phone Micromax Canvas Doodle A111 on 31st march 2014 and get delivery on 5th april 2014. Phone is not working properly, it's not playing videos and games are not working, phone is hanging.

              I am fed up of complaining now but these flipkart people just does not listen. I purchased a HCL ME TABLET 2G 2.0 on 19th june. I was happy that i got the delivery on 22nd june. The problem started when i got a call on that tab. There was some problem with the speaker which was making some weird noise while on call. I tried calling flipkart but their customer care number is busy all the time. I doubt whether they actually assist customers or just keep the busy tone buzzing. I raised an exchange request when finally i got a chance to contact them. I got the exchange product on 26th june. Once again very good delivery services. I was happier this time but that did not last long. This time even more bigger problems. They just replaced it with a piece of . There are red and blue lines on the screen. Dongle does not connect. It does not read sim card. I again tried to contact them but again the same problem. IVR was not working properly. Giving different options everytime. After struggling for two hours, i finally got to contact them. I thought this time everything will sort out. Customer care executive told me to run dead pixel test but that also didn't work. Again i contacted them and again they disappointed me by telling that they have just one replacement policy. First you deliver bad quality products and then you have these bad policies. Listen flipkart people.... I dont care what your policies are, I just need my refund now and that too within next 24 hours.

              hcl freedom offer — delivering to the wrong person

              sir the dtdc bhopal delivered the courier at sagar which was delivered to the wrong person LD RAI having the wrong phone number.

                Hi I have purchase the data card from Flipkart.com Order id ( OD[protected] ) while doing the transaction its fail and the amount is deducted from my account , but when I have received the data card it says its cash on delivery I paid the cash since its very argent for me to have it. but the amount which is deducted from my account is still not refunded back to me even after 2 month of purchase, I am still following them , This is the worst service I have ever seen on online purchasing , I will never go for the flipkart again

                Hi,
                I had ordered a mobile phone on 27th September and had paid through net banking. However, after the 5 days agreement period within which they were supposed to deliver the product they had not delievered it. Hence i asked them to cancel the order which they did it on 4th Oct.

                I was told that the refund would happen within 7 days. However, i have not received the refund amount yet.i.e as on 21st Oct. My order id is LSB-420832.

                I have faced a really bad experience with the customer care of this website as my calls are hardly picked. When they pick, there will be fake promises made regarding the refund.

                Kindly help.

                  I need my money back its my hard earned money.

                    I have bought a product from flipkart with order id Consignment Number :O99510751 on 8th June 2013. I have made full payment at the time of purchase. Flipkart shipped the product through BLUEDART with AWB [protected] . But I am yet to receive the product as on 21st of June. I contacted BLUEDART and they said the consignment failed to clear Sales Tax. I contacted Flipkart, they are not able to give neither any explanation nor any solution.

                    FLIP KART — CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED

                    I am living at Ranchi. I booked a "WD My Passport Essential SE 2.5 Inch 1 TB External Hard Disk " on 28th of August. My Flipkart ID is OD[protected] . Even after a lapse of 18 days I have not received my consignment.

                      I have ordered some books on Flipkart.com (order no. OD[protected]) on 9th June 2013. Till 17th June no books were delivered, instead they sent me a message that one book in my order is cancelled due to non-availability but it was available when I ordered. When I called them they said that book is not available with the seller. When I told them it took them 8 days to find out that the book is not available, they had no answer. I had also ordered some books from Amazon.in on the same day and I got them delivered in 4 days. This shows that Flipkart inspite of having presence in India for many years is not providing good service to the customers. I was a regular customer of Flipkart but from now onwards I will not buy anything from Flipkart. There is no lack of good online shopping websites in India. Website that will provide good service will eventually lead. And with my experience with Flipkart, I can tell that Flipkart doesn't provide good service.

                        Dear Customers Of Flipkart,
                        Please find the attached file for detail.
                        I have placed my order on flipkart.com on 30th May,2013 and I was promised 3 days delivery time for siliguri area. On 1st June, 2013 reached Kolkata, 3rd June from kolkata to siliguri, 4th June reached Kolkata. If I calculate the day, it's five days already. Now they kept the product in Siliguri from 4 to 7 June. They were out for delivery on 7th June. "Total days=9 days". On 8th June they have said "Undelivered Because Of Incomplete Address". In the mean time I called them almost 5-6 times but didn't receive even a single call from them and filed two complain calling on their customer support number. Every time I was promised for call back but never received. I again mailed them updated address with landmark on Sunday,9th June but on 11th June got same status on their website "Undelivered Because Of Incomplete Address". What should I say now? In 21st century they people don't have mobile phone to call the customer if find difficulties to reach the address.
                        So Total days=13 Days, still undelivered.

                        Letsbuy.com — Pathetic Customer Service

                        Its been a pathetic experience with LetsBuy - the team at customer care for LetsBuy had not given any Satisfactory answers. they knows best how to lie to customer and they do that with complete ease.

                        I had ordered for a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone on 12/06/2011 from their website priced at 30999/- with free accessories by letsbuy like Samsung Bluetooth Headset BHM1000, Samsung HDTV Adaptor, Molife Fit To Use Case & Screen Protector worth Rs. 4679
                        Today even after three days on 15/06/2011 today and there is no update on shipping status of the product.
                        They never give me an estimated timeline. I end up calling them every now and then to confirm and the team at LetsBuy keeps lying about they shipping the product.

                        I sincerely urge LetsBuy to shape up and improve on customer service. Mean your commitments given to customer to lose faith of customer.

                        Flipkart — undelivered product

                        Ordered a mobile phone for 999 rs on 8 January 2013, paid the amount online but the product was not shipped till now[protected] the promised delivery time was 6-9 working days. But till now it was not delivered.
                        Flipkart is a pathetic place, despite ordering a mobile phone after full payment and paying for within a day delivery on Wed 18-March, I am still waiting to get the phone as on Saturday 21 march.
                        Web update is funny and call center is even more funny they dont have any clue.

                        Flipkart needs to show better customer value for someone who pays them upfront.
                        I will NEVER BUY from them.

I tried contact over their facebook account but the only response was a comment to my post. They are just ttrying to steal my money, nothing else.

                              I ordered Sennheiser Headset (Order# OD[protected]) from Flipkart. A few hours after the order placement the delivery status was shown as 'Shipped'. The status was changed back to 'Retured' after a few days. The customer support said the issue is with their courier department and it will be resend the next day. The next day the status turned back to 'Shipped' again. Even after waiting for a few days, it didnt delivered. The customer support person told they don't have stock and the money will be returned back to my account in 10 days. Either they should Not take the order if they don't have stock or at least do Not make fun of customer asking him to wait for few days by changing the delivery status each day.
                              I have decided to stop shopping from Flipkart. Good bye Flipkart!

                              You are right. Even I have experienced a similar problem while ordering from Flipkart. I ordered 3 watches as gifts for my sisters. And only one of the watches was delivered, rest of the items were sent back.
                              you are right also flipkart have worst custmor care. no commitment get fulfilled
                              I have booked an mobile with an order ID OD[protected]. When I booked the order status was confirmed & Flipkart was debited money from my account. Also I got an confirmation mail & message from flipkart. After a while my flipkart page showing as payment not received for that Order. On contacting flipkart they said to contact with bank & bank also confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to flipkart . But still flipkart saying my transaction was not successful.

                                SO GUYS IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM flipkart. IF YOU RECIVE THE PRODUCT AND IF PRODUCT IS NOT MATCHING YOUR REQUIRMENTS. ACCORDING TO FLIPCART POLICIES YOU HAVE TO BARE. THEY DONT HAVE A RETURN POLICY.

                                In today's life online shopping is a gift for us. But these companies are taking advantages out of it. When you do online shopping in any other countries you will surely have a return policy when you place an order for a product. So if that product doesn’t match your requirements you can return the product. But in INDIA flipkart doesn’t have that basic policy. It is a real stupidity. Because when you are doing online shopping you don’t see the product in hand. So when you place an order if the product is matched, simple you need to bare. When you call the customer service they say they are following the policy written by “THEM”. Now anyone can play big games writing their own policies.

                                  My name is vijay.I have ordered an esprit watch from flipkart whose order no. is OD[protected].I have ordered it on 20th may.Next day i opened my account to see the status and it was showing that my order has been cancelled. I called customer care and they said that it is by mistake that they cancelled this order.When i told them to keep that order thay said they can't. They said i have to give fresh order. I was ok with that and i said them to give me same off as on the day of order but they were not ready with that too. This was ridiculous.
                                  Please take necessary steps against flipkart.

                                    I have ordered a book, Operating System by Gary Nutt(Link: http://www.flipkart.com/operating-systems/p/itmdytt8vd2pfzzm?pid=[protected] on 11th May’13 in Flipkart.com . I’ve made the online payment. They promised me to ship the book within 8days i.e within 19th May’13. But on 20th May’13, they suddenly sent me an e-mail and SMS to my mobile stating that the book is unavailable and they cancelled my order. While, they have said that they would return my money but after 9days of my booking how can they say that the book is unavailable? I had an important work with that book within some strict timeline but they informed me so late. They must be knowing that the book is available or not at the time of my booking. At the time of booking, they didn’t inform me and the online status of the book was available. So, this sheer case of ignorance and irresponsibility. I think they should be held in contempt at the earliest.
                                    Exactly...How could a seller be such irresponsible!!!

                                      I have ordered a slipper of LEE COOPER , order ID: OD[protected], Order Date:[protected], Invoice No. BLR_WFLD[protected], vat/tin: [protected] of Rupees 499 .
                                      With deep regret am to inform you that since from the first week of purchase I am having lots of problems with that slipper. The slipper is getting torn from one of the sides.
                                      Another problem with the slipper is, the strips have almost come out of the soul base and also one layer of the soul has started removing. This itself shows the quality of the product.
                                      I request your good self to kindly replace my slipper or refund my money at the earliest as it may well not be possible for a student like me to get a new slipper at my own cost within a period of just 3 months.
                                      Once again I request you to replace or refund my money at the earliest within a period of 15 days from receipt of letter. Failure to which I shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action against you.
