[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — Non refund of Cash Back as per offer

Hi,
I have Purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 from online store Flipkart.com on April 30th, 2013. The offer was 15% cash back & supposed to be credited before 15th June 2013.
Order Id: OD[protected]
But not yet received the cash back amount, and whenever I contact flipKart they give me a new date for cash back (Incident:[protected].
From past 15 days i am following flipkart customer care representatives, but always they used to say “we will pass your concern to our finance team”.
Very pathetic service ever I seen.

Hi Vikas,

I am suffering from same issue. I purchased a samsung galaxy grand. But not yet received any cashback.
Everytime I contact flipkart they give me a new date..
