floor mill - Illigal electricy use

I would like to inform you regarding illegale connections / illegale electricity usas by Mr. Deenbandhu Upadhyay in village mandai, tehashil shikohabad, distt. Firozabad he is using electric power without connections by electric department since 10 - 15 years. they were capture by the deptt. in past also, but no strictly action taken by deptt. for your kind information at present they are using 02 floor mill inplace of 01, 01 rice mill and water bore well also in garden. so pls take a strict action against to him .

Please note that local lineman also help him for illegale work.
