I am a Non Resident Indian based out of Dubai.
On 12th Nov, I booked Flower Bouquet to be delivered to my wife based in India vide Order No : HFDI[protected]. I paid Rs 375/- thru my creditcard for bunch of 12 fresh roses.
These roses were instructed to be delivered in Gurgaon, Sector 54 on 23rd November between 5 am to 6 am. However, they were not delivered at all on 23rd November and on my repeated emails for non delivery, a consignment of stale and rotten roses was delivered in the evening of 24th November. As a consumer, trusting the website and trying to express my sentiments on the special occassion of bday of my wife, I feel totally cheated and injured from the poor class of services.

They dont care to deliver plus dont call or give updates regarding the order placed by you.Even i[censored] give them six calls asking about status they will either reply we will call u back with update and never care to call or wil give an excuse agent not picking up phone.
I am very upset with their services though they claim delivery on same day and on time.
