I ordered delivery of flowers with this company to be delivered on 14th of feb. It has not been delivered till date.Also there is no reply on mails and calls . The customer care number given on websit eis never reachable. Please take immediate action. You only get pain if you book any order from this website.As this is fake web site, they do not deliver what you ordered.I placed my order on 14th Oct which was supposed to be delivered on 16th.But the receipient didnt receive the same only got call from one of their executive that " you will get delivery on 17th".But on 17th also again neither gift deliver nor that so called " responsible guy having # - [protected]" attended the call whole day- i tried seversal times.Amount has already been debited on the very same day...I dont understand, despite of so many complaints, none of the action taken against them.People place their order everyday but they keep on doing the fraud without any fear.
Pls take an immediate action, how can a guy openly do a fraud with so many people.My mistake too before placing an order, i didnt make any search for their existing identify.
