[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

Fly Mobile — loss of mobile due to closure of servicing center which is not delivered yet

i have visit ur servicing center aura telcom services munirka to change screen. it was charged 400 rs. bt nt fitted well n another hanging problem arises.i revisit on 23/09/11 n ask aditya the frachiser he told me i will sort out this problem, i was waiting n waiting till date .he as nt ansewring my call n he didnt solve problem till december n ask me i will do it. i was assured but suddenlyhe close the servicing center without informing n returning my mob- set fly v-80 imei no- [protected]. i was complaiend bt no responses r recieved by him. so plz take action n justified my case. i hv the reciept of servicing center nw he says he returned all sets to thew company.abhiranjan kr. singh
ihave purchased fly mobile E281 on 12th June 2012 and the touch screen was not working and within a week without any physical fall.
i have been told that the touchscreen in not covered under warranty
i still gave my phone for repair, it has been one month still neither the status is known to me nor any nor any help or feedback is given from company

The company doesnt even have spare parts to repair the phone in one month

I have purchased FLY mobile, E281, colour White, on 12th June 2012 and the touch screen got damaged within a week without my mobile falling even once.

It was given for repaire in VN INFO SERVICES, GF-06, Silver Line Complex, opp. BBC Tower, Sayajigunj, Vadodara. Ph. [protected], on 22th June 2012, work order no. WIN126VIS12910. I was told that it will be repaired within 10-15 days. But now it is almost one month and I havnt yet received my mobile repaired. I am told that it is sent to the company and they havn’t received it yet after repair and will still take 10 to 15 days more.

This is very much disappointing . I don’t think getting the parts is so difficult that it should take a month for repairing a mobile.

The company doesnt even have spare parts to repair the phone in one month

No response is also there from any company representative
