[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

E-105 modle repeted having Touch pad problem. Third time it is given for same at Sri Sai Cell Shoppe, D.No[protected]/6, Pavan Enclave, dabagardens. Job-Cum EstimateN ORDER no 727. But till now it is not yet repaired
Fly is really the worst one & every store keeper seem to admire it to customers as must be getting @ 70 to 80 % Margin.Me too purchased fly mobile entrusting one similar B*S*A*D store keeper at Sinhgad road, Pune (Shree Computers at Mohite Twin Towers).Within a month its charging port came out with ear phone plug.B*st*rd refused to repair my mobile under warranty & blamed that it is damaged.However he pretended to show his kindness & said that he will get it repaired by his technicain on nominal charge.He kept the handset ewith him for 20 days & did not repaired it at all, worst is further, When I got the handset back from him w/o any repairs I found that its one SIM slot is not working.
i bought a fly v100 but after some days my mobile out of order. i sent a mobile in service center after some days my mobile again out of order. now i sent a mobile 5th time in a service center .

My concern is that i purchased from Ms S.K watch & Radio services Ram Bazar Shimla (H.P) 12th Nov 2009 Model DS 180 s/n dcds180bj0015275
now i'm faceing some issue regarding the same i'm using dual sim handset but now mostly showing emergency on one sim and my screen has been broken but there is no any distributer or showroom in shimla to change that so please assist me for the same and also inform u that using reliane and aircel connection on the same so give me a proper resolution for the same, and wants phone only for that contact number is [protected], [protected]

i have also purchased a fly mobile model No.SX210 from INDORE authorised dealer on 22.10.2008 & within one year my mobile has not responding well & it creating problem. I have informed to customer care at Indore centre . They have lodged complained & repaired Three times . But still my mobile is not functioning well & upto the mark. I have again lodged a complained to customer care, indore . but I could not get proper responce from Head Office, Fly mobile India. I demand that my mobile should be replaced immediately.
no gprs service in v90
I recently bought mc160fly handset same with dual sim. i hav a connection of cel; one. during purchase it was working on 1 sim, therafter some password problm i visited service center, , they remove the password but in cell one i unablwe to call shows invalid sim. after repeated complaints made before the service center nothin happend. so, poeople dont buy this fly mobile handset. i think this co. is chaeted the customer by selling defective set and thereby cause defficiency of service. we can preefr before the consumer forum with huge penalty. if we all approach thru. consumer forum, it will be aeffective & co. hav to pay huge penalty
I have purchased Fly mobile of B430.ON 06.02.2010. ONLY ONE SAY IT IS WORKED PROPERLY .THEN, i found the problem WITH SIM . ACTUALLY I USING VODAFONE NETWORK SIM . IF PUT THE SIM INTO THE SIM SLATS . dual sin is not working
I Sparsh Garg bought a Fly 2040L handset from Hari Om Communications on 16 Feb, 2009 but soon started experiencing problems. The phone switches off randomly and does not switch on even on charging. Keypad sometimes become unresponsive. When I receive an incoming call it automatically switches off.
So being fed up of it I deposited it in the service center a few months back and they 'claimed' that they have repaired the phone but I continued to experience the same problem from the very next day. After that I have deposited it around 4 to 5 times but they just do nothing.
Last time I deposited it on 12 February, 2010 but they said that the guarantee period expired way back in January. I have the bill receipt and they promised one year guarantee and as anyone can see there was a small period left. They are now asking me to pay around Rs.3000 for repairs.
Hope this report will help in either replacing my cell phone of giving me full refund.
I HAVE PURCHASED MOBILE OF FLY COMAPANY.
BUT THE SERVICE OF SERVICE CENTER IS TOTAL CARE LESS.
PLEASE HELP ME HOW CAN I TAKE ACTION AGAINEST THAT

i purchased a fly phone on 3 december 2009 of model DS180 from SHRI BALAJI TELECOM :41-A ,B BLOCK ,LOWER GROUND FLOOR ,KALKAJI MAIN ROAD , NEAR PLANET M NEW DELHI 110019
the phone worked well for 20 days aprox but after that it started showing malfunctioning like interfaces , antennaeconnector problem ,no function radio and dropping of calls.i gave ma handset to the shop from where i purchased the phone.they assured me of returning the phone back after one month after the company removes all the defects in the phone.but when i went on 5 february 2010 the retailer again postponed the date and said me to come after one month when i went there on 27 feb 2010 the retailer again refused me of giving the cell saying that the company still didnt returned the handset.beacause of this poor service i have to take another phone of diffrent company.
I JUST WANT MA HANDSET BACK.NOW I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED OF THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY BY NOT RETURNING THE SET BACK AND EVEN FROM THE RETAIL SHOP FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE PHONE.
A HUMBLE REQUEST TO RETURN MA HANDSET BACK.AN IN URGE OF A QUICK ACTION.

these mobiles are given to the service center since 3 months, but they are unable to solve the problem...........Now these mobiles are dummy with me........... so now I do not have hope on your service.....iam much unsatisfied.......Myself iam a technician so i can repair those cells !

Fly Mobile Company — his partslike lcd not available at any customer care

sir i have a fly mc 160 model no.mobile. my mobiles lcd is breaking now i want new lcd by purchasing by money but there are not available at any customer center at gujarat in ahmedabad after last 2 months i wait for new lcd but here customer executive says that not available in company also which is at delhi.i m trying to contact by phone at delhi customer care number so that number is not available now what am i doing.i cheated by this company .so please sir take some steps against that.
