[Resolved]  Fly Mobile — Delay & Misguide by the Custmer care Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Nilesh Joshi, I have bought a FLY cell phone before 10 months .
suddenly there was some problem with the speaker i gave the phone to the service center which is in pune, he told me it would be done in 15 days its more than 2 months they r not returning my cell phone .they r telling me that ur cellphone is in delhi,
and the Executive told me "WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME"

what can i do ? as above case.

TO the Manager Fly Mobiles

I had purchased SL600 mobile phone from Fizules, Abids, Hyderabad about a year Back. .from the beginning there is a problem with the handset ie at the charging point. Mobile is not getting charged due to which it is lying idle with me for the last 8 months. i have already got it rectified with your service centers thrice . But still the problem is persisting. Today again i have taken the hand set to the service station, at the time of handing over the hand set the LCD was working OK, but after the service people made some changes at the charging point the LCD display has vanished. The service center people have told that they will replace some item, but thet are reluctant to give time period for the rectification of error.

No one is able to give your representatives ph no so that i can make a complaint to them.

But i purchase this before 3 year this time major problem is battery talk time is some time 1 hour sometime 10 menuet sometime 30 menuets there after full charge. I think need new battery. I was lots me time to market but battery are not available in market so please provide the battery
Hi this is Meera Mohiddin. I bought fly B430 from saravana stores chennai. With in 3 months mobile got a problem in mother bord. I gave my mobile in fly service centre (Siva Communications), Chennai. in the date of 10/01/2011. till now i did not receive my mobile. If iam asking them thery are saying i will give tommarow like that but they are not doing it. i am really got unsatisfaction with your service. i never ever recomand fly mobile to my friends and relatives. Please iam requesting u please check the status and do the needfull for me

Hi,
I have bought a new FLY MV135 from the NEW MAS mobile shop in Basavanagudi, Bangalore. After a week from the date of purchase i faced the issue like no service and network failure. when i went to the mobile shop i didnt get the proper response from the NEW MAS mobile shop and when i went to the service centre (Pranav Infocom) in Jayanagar they said it will be 1 day but then they said a week, its almost 20 days no response even if i call them they are telling give us 3 days... i request you not to buy FLY mobile phones... MicroMax is much better than this .
Dear sir.my self Rohidas Thombare .i purchased fly sx225 model from Pune but after a few month the Display is Crashed so i give to the mobile for customer care centre at Oswal Communication Shivajinagar Pune...but till date i have no recive my cellphone..they say that spare part of the mobile is not available..sir this is not a good answer..pls tell me ur servise is good or bed...pls calll in my number urgent...[protected]

Fly Mobile — rude behaviour at service station

I want complain about the service station at amravati.when i brought my mobile for repair at service station they put my handset for a month without repair and says that company does not supply the part.so wht i understand that it is company falt or the staff works at service station.plz help me.

I purchased a new handset Fly DS200 from Hathras on 16-NOV-2009. handset comes with 1 year warranty, Now the major concern is this handset is not properly working in rural areas which other hendsets are working properly with same network. I went to the services centre around 1 month ago, they are unable to solve my Network problame.., I have submitted the handset on 22/05/2011, still now services centre is saying that as they are unable to solve my network problem, they have sent a mail to head office and waiting for the reply. Now the major concerns is that when I make a call then signels becomes very down so i can't talk with any one..
So pls help me what i do. . ? Now my cell is not working so pls mail me.

Fly Mobile — Service Center personnel not repairing my handset which is in Warranty. Its three weeks now.

Dear Sir,

Myself Karan Gaba, living in Hari Nagar, Delhi-64. I purchased a Fly handset on April 25, 2011, model no.: B450, IMEI No. [protected].

I am facing “trackpad and network low problem” in my handset from the last 30-45 days. I have submitted my handset to Fly mobile service centre i.e. Gurunanak Telecom, J-71, Vishnu Garden on November 05, 2011 for repairing. The complaint no. allotted to me is 10001, Person’s name: Mr. Santosh, HOD: Mr. Ranveer, Contact no.: [protected], [protected]. He promised me to repair the handset within a week, however, I have visited there thrice and called him so many times but he gave me a new date everytime to return the repaired handset.

As everyone knows the mobile need in today’s time, you can easily understand my situation without mobile. My work is suffering a lot without mobile. Every time I have to call from PCO to dial Service Center no. to know the status of my mobile.

Its just 6 months to my mobile which means it is in warranty, still service center people is taking so long to repair it. Please help me out and get my mobile repaired at the earliest.

Mysel[censored]mang Bhatt, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY B-470) From Baroda. Problem with the mobile is, it’s network problem & internet is properly not working. I have handed over my handset to the service centre in sayajigunj Baroda. My job sheet no is WIN11BVIS11872.Till today there is no response from your customer care. I have gone many times to service centre but repeatedly they say that THODA TIME OR LAGEGA.(10 SE 15 DIN TO LAGTAHI HAI AISA BATATE HAI), but till date they are not giving satisfactory answer. Kindly note the same & do the needful in the matter.

I am agreee that fly is very poor service
I have purchased one Fly Mobile model V60i 2009 after one month of my purchase it is giving problem for the functioning of key pad. In this regard I have contacted your customer care at Delhi...but till date i have not recive my cellphone..they say that spare part of the mobile is not available..sir this is not a good answer.. please divert me ur servise is good or bed...pls call in my number urgent...
