[Resolved]  FLY /Mobile — Very Unsatisfied with mobile service center

I bought a cellphone(Model No. fly 2080) of company 'FLY' on date 18 August 2007 from RPG Cellucom sec-61, Shopprix mall Noida. On date 4th Apr 2008 I found that my cell is not working properly, it did not get the proper display. Then i went to Authroized Service center that is 'Accel Frontline' of FLY company on date 09 Apr 2008.They people Checked my cell physically and found that there are scretches on panels and loose panel and also have display problem.They kept my mobile for 2 months and finally i bring back my cell without any service.

i had submit my charger agianst the jobsheet no-[protected] on dated[protected] in service center but still i din't get responce after 4 or more visit at service centre in Mtr office, this kind of service is not satisfactory lavel & some one at the front desk person replied that fly ka phone lene se pahle socha kyun nahi tha this kind of responce from any company is rubish. This is my bad exprience in my whole life.

sir i have purchased moblie in fly model 2040L in noida AATA MARKET. i have purchased mobile peride in 6 month. my mobile in service center 10 time repair it but sir not solve the problem.

problem in batery memory read error and present time in camera not save the photo in memory error.

i am change the new 10 memory card purchased and used than problem same
please sir solve the problem and change the phone sir. i am not like this company mobile please sir solve the meeter and quick the solve another i am go in coat .

This services are So bad. They are not giving any sort of respond. They are not receiving my phone call.
Once they receive call they behave badly.Till 30 days I didnt got my cell back.Right now i m PHONELESS.

Never sell FLY cell...
And tell to another people also to not buy it..

I bought a cellphone (Model No FLY DS500) of company 'FLY' on date 8th Jan 2009 from Hot Spot Retails Ltd, Shop No 8, Alkapuri Arcade, R.C.Dutt Road, Vadodara TIn No [protected] vide retail invoice Serial No 183. On 11th Jan 2009 i found that my cell is not working properly and immediately contect him on telephone No[protected] but every time message will came "SWITCH OFF" after that i had personally approach on dated 13th Jan 2009 to M/s Hot Spot Retails ltd shop and meet concern person Mr Hardik (Emp Code No 2697) and Mr Rahul, they have checked my cell phone physically and found that there are mistake in cell speaker but they are not ready to replace the cell phone.Sir, within a 4 days cell is not working properly and your dealer says it is not replaceable then how customer will satisfy to purchase FLY model from market.Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

I am using fly v60i since a year. one of the worst parts of this brand is I am not able to get handsfree across bangalore. I am just wondering, what kind of mobiles are they are selling without having proper availablity of accessories in outlets and service center.

In short, ''I am the most unsatisfied customer of fly'' I suggest you all, don't buy fly phones at any cost.

sir i want to tell u that i purchase fly mp600 dated 24 oct 2008 and after one and a half month my mobile have some problem than i give to ur service centre situated at maal road kanpur . now one month is about to turn but i didnt find my mobile . sir now i m facing a lot of problem so plz look this matter personally. i m himanshu mishra, . sir if this set is not in ur collection please change it with same range set so that i never face this problem with respect of my set ur early action is solicited

I have Fly E-300 mobile set, actually I had lost its USB charger...& now i am unable to charge my cell phone from last few days & i also observed the battery life of FLY- E 300 is not such satisfactory,
So please let me know Service Centre list of FLY Stores (Delhi & NCR), & Stores where Fly Accessories are available...please do the needful & Confirm to me priority basis...

I am shrikant mankar form pune .I have fly e300 mobile. it have data connective problem & speaker problem so I gave it to service center in pune on[protected] the told me that it will take a week time to repair or replace some part of the mobile. After one week to still today[protected] I don't get it repair
They told me to call after 5-6 days but not confirm that it will repaint in this period

I have kindly request to do something for my mobile.
i have fly mobile set 2040L
after 1 yr it is not working. and the service center in pune is not have a number.
many times i tried but results are zero.

i bought sx210 model from ROHIT MOBILE PARK on 17/03/08
3months after purchase the display of the mobile got broken nd i
had to pay 2500 for the repair, 2weeks after the repair mobile speaker did not work
thank god i did not had to pay for it, they kept my mobile for a month for the repair, nd now again their is a problem with the touch screen, buttons nd sound, i ve given my mobile for service but they ve still not fixed the problem.

Almost three weeks have passed off but i have still not received my

not yet received the i/o connector from the MAIN OFFICE.

So i request you to send the i/o connector as soon as possible, so

My Complaint is about Battery.When I went to service Center at Sakinaka(Mumbai), They told me to keep the mobile for at least three days, and also added that they cant provide spare mobile.But later Two weeks I got my mobile back.and there was no change in battery.My mobile was in warrantee Period but still you people failed to provide me new battery.and after repairing also I am facing the same problem.
Is it not cheating with Customer?

Accel Frontline and Fly Mobile — Irritated from the service of Accel Frontline Service

Me Keshav Jha resident of Ganesh Nagar, Delhi has bought a mobile FLY v 70 from Hotspot Retail store in Sakarpur. They told me services are very nice in respect to others.

After 1 month o[censored]se its charging connector socket failed in purpose. I went to Accel Frontline Nehru Place with my mobile and reported them the problem regarding Connector which i was facing. They told that sir connector is not available in the stock, take our visiting card and keep in touch. They donot received my cell at that time
After 15 days when i was enquiring regarding the same on regular basis they told me that you will have to submit it first then only we will be able to make it ok. I submitted that on that day.
Its 16 days passed away and they are telling on enquiring that the connector has been changed but the issue was not rectified so it has been sent to FLY manufacturer.

I want to ask whats this.??????

It make the customer to feel irritated. I am very angry and i think in future i will never opt for FLY with these type of service providers.
I will also like to reccomend some thing to FLY Mobile that donot give the tender to those Service provider who are not able to do work at time.
I donot know whose afult is this of FLY or ACCEL but whoever the cost will have to be paid by FLY.
