fully system of car not working

Dear sir
I purchase car from force motors ltd from Ahmadabad Savati motors the had not given service properly.The car which i purchased not at all good they put silencer wrong side and from last 10 days they not giving properly car is fully hope less so sir kindly take action on force motors
car no is GJ 15 CA 3375
