Dear Sir, I am using Ford Fiesta Car TN20AU9048 since three years and I had lodged complent o[censored]neven wear of two tyres of my car at 35,000/- KM( precise it is about 34000KM) I have been doing my services at Ford only all these day and I had done couple of alignments even then the tyres have spoiled and I replace one tyre as it can be used any more, As per the dealers where I have enquired tyre life will be more than[protected]KM. can you check for na d arrange for free replacement please. I have got renewed my car insurance from IFFCO-TOKYO General Insurance, vide cheque duly debited from my account bearing no.145897 dated 26.11.09, through agent no 19000019 of Harpreet forf, having cover note no 40200233 for the vehicle registration no. DL 2F HB 0099Pls send the policy duly renewed.

Ford fiesta car — Noise while driving
I purchased Ford Fiesta in 2008. After a year, the car started making noise when we take a turn to left. Inspite of complains and check-ups, the problem reoccurs and the company is now not at all interested to contact me to sort out the problem Very true.I own a fiesta too.I have the same problem.I have already changed the spare and now again got the same problem.Noise while turn to left and right.I have already changed most of the parts except engine.Ford need to be improved.

Brief Description of the concern :-
On 20th Aug, my Ford Fiesta stopped midway. The Ford Dealer in Lucknow – Narain Ford currently has the vehicle for servicing in the workshop. Since then they are not giving clear answers for reason of the fault. Now they have mentioned that the Improved Air Duct Fitment as specified by Ford Company has not been done leading to this fault as a result of which the engine has seized and shall require the full engine to be repaired at owner cost. I have traced out my service slips dated 3rd May & 28th May (enclosed) both of Narain Ford agency itself wherein the vehicle has been taken for the same fitment. It seems that the fitment for which the Ford agency took the vehicle has actually not been carried out leading to this failure. Hence the responsibility for replacement of engine should be with Ford Company as this is due to negligence by the agency.
I believe that the agency is aware if this hence is not provided clear details to the undersigned even after 15 days.
Kindly help as i am getting no respite.
