Horrible Service, Poor Quality parts
This is my forth vehicle (earlier 2 Maruti and one Hyundai Getz) and this time I thought let me go thru a world class brand. And in Punjab, at this point of time Figo is doing good.
Unfortunately with me, its all together a different story. I bought a new Ford FIGO (PB 08 BS / 6968) on 20 Nov 2010 from A.B.Motors (Bhagat Ford) and after my 1st service I found the vehicle has started showing some problems. On 25 Dec 2010, there was heavy problem with the Pick up and I was told that there's a problem with the software and that was corrected. 2nd Service was carried out on 19 Mar 2011 and there was no problem at all.
This time again after the service I realised that there's some problem with the pick up and called up dealership but no guidance / response. Now these days I was again feeling pick up problem and showed the vehicle to the Service Advisor. I was shocked to hear that the clutch plates are to be replaced and I was informed that either the quality of plates or quality of drive is at fault. For last 5 years I am driving and never had such problem with my earlier vehicles. The vehicle is still lying at the dealership.
The vehicle is under warranty and I request you to replace the bad parts FOC U/W.
