Sir, I have purchased a ford figo car from Kairali Ford at Kottayam in Kerala on 20.09.2012. The rear view mirror of the vehicle at the driving side is out of condition when simply folding it. It is neither crashed nor hit anywhere. It is felt that some low quality material is used in the parts of the mirror. It seems that the action of the mirror is out of order, and which cannot be used for driving. The mirror may please be replaced at the earliest. Direction in this regard may please be issued to Kairali Ford dealer at Kottayam, Kerala.
