[Resolved] Ford / Figo — Ford services and Negligence of Top management | |||
Dear Sir , I regret to inform you that none of the promises, mentioned in your SERVICE PLEDGE are being adhered to by your technical team. I have Ford Figo Zxi 1.4 Durotorq Diamond White, WB 06F 7018, within one month there was a noise from the entire car body (door, ceiling, and window). To solve this problem I have sent my car 5 to 6 times to your Tangra, Kolkata work shop. Each & every time I have faced the following response from your executives:- 1. After servicing they are not concern to give the test drive to consumer for showing what work they have done in the car or they have solved the problem or not 2. Every time I have to call your work shop to ask the status of the car/work 3. No technical person is there to tell the reason of the problem or to show what they exactly have done 4. They always used to deliver the car around 6 PM & when I ever I asked something they used to tell me “Sir, our shift is over, we are getting late” 5. I asked hundred times to call the head authorized person but not even a single time they called him 6. They don’t even concern with the consumer problem 7. I always waited at the waiting lounge around 2 hrs to know the status of my car 8. No one is there to ask even a single glass of water Current problem in Car:- 1. Body Noise 2. Less effective break 3. Less effective hand break 4. Average problem – around 10 – 12 5. Gear is too hard 6. window glass noise Person involve from your Tangra, Kolkata work shop:- 1. Mr. Praveen 2. Mr. Arib 3. Ms. Monalisa It is really very harassing and irresponsible behavior of the entire Ford management and quite a shocking one that an MNC having so much of experienced technicians is not been able to give me satisfactory result. I think Ford is more over concerned with generating revenue so why they don’t showing any concern and don’t want to know what product they are selling to consumer. If they do not know the customer relationship management, and to tackle the service rendering, then the entire blame goes to their TOP MANAGEMENT, I am really very disappointed with their behavior and never ever advise anyone to associate with this company. I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford. Can you pls add me to your Facebook and update all your issues in there. here is my link for that. I believe we can fight against ford. Pls help us to give more awareness to people.
