I M SURJEET SINGH NIRANKARI, OWNED A VEHICLE OF FORD NAMELY FORD FIESTA 1.4 ZXI. WHEN I VISITED FOR SERVICE AT AUTHORISED SHOWROOM IN PEARL FORD, AMBALA, THEY INSISTED ME TO CHANGE SOME PARTS WHICH ARE WORKING PROPERLY, BUT WHEN I REFUSED THEM TO CHANGE THE SAID PARTS THEY SAID YOU WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. THE PARTS ARE TOO COSTLY N THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE THEM. BUT THEY BLACKMAIL N SAID YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED. SO HOW THIS IS A FREE COUNTRY WHEN YOU ARE GETTING SERVICES BY BLACKMAILING THE CUSTOMERS SPECIALLY IN PEARL FORD GROUP. SO PLZ TAKE SOME ACTIONS. Was this information helpful? | |||
