[Resolved]  Ford / Figo — poor material quality and horrible service

oh.what a poor car it is .always a problem.service center-bhagat ford,dehradoon is so horrible that they damaged my cars windscreen and ,pendrive cable and other parts during service and still showing no concerns.idont know where to go n what to do ,.my cars no is uk08s3675.

ford is so poor
I had a very bad experience at Ford service center in Bangalore. This is what I have written to them and there is a reply from them saying "we look into the matter" ?

Thanks for the wonderful FORD FIGO car introduced by FORD INDIA.First time in my life I purchased a car. My first choice was VW Polo, because of German Metallurgy. But I found it very expensive both in
on road pricing and service cost is concerned.

Now I have FORD FIGO -Diesel - DuraTorque - 1.4ltr - MoonDust Silver...Reg. No: KA 04 MJ 5447 - 2 months old.

O my god... it is so good and so powerful like my YAMAHA 135cc.Thank you Sir...

But I regret to tell you that Ford service in India is worst and pathetic.Why can't you have an MOU with Suzuki India for Servicing FORD vehicles. My friends two wheeler garage is better than your service center.

Recently that is on 6.9.2011 - my car was given for First 2500 km free service at ford service center situated at a place called Bagalkunte-North Bangalore. I showed all the scratches developed (by plants and bushes) while driving in Western Ghats section of Karnataka India.

But I went in the evening at 4.45PM to collect my vehicle, I found no scratch was removed and polished. And to my amazement a new scar has developed underneath the front portion of the vehicle (almost half length width). I could make it from the distance because car was parked at an elevation. When I complained about this - the crew went wild and started saying it was there when the car brought...what should we do in this kind of situation Sir.

And a new vehicle comes with a Yellow Band stuck across the front bonnet. This band has left it's yellow mark on the bonnet. I am telling them to remove they say it go off gradually during later services. What does they mean. If you are kind enough to come to India - I will bring my car to your place wherever
you stay in Bangalore Sir.

I met one Mr SUNTH B.A -Branch Manager. He talks as if he is a manager of whole FORD GROUP in India. See sir I was in Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia working for ABB. Was in China for business trip. I know how to talk with the customer and how to listen to his grievances and provide service to him. BUT YOUR PEOPLE HERE IN INDIA ARE SO ARROGANT AND HAVE WORST BEHAVIOR and now I am
worried about my cars future service provided by FORD.

While selling the vehicleyour people prostrate before the customers. Once it is sold - they wash their hands off of the after sale service. I have recommended 3 people to buy this car one person by name Mr Kamat has already in discussion with your VST MetroFord in Bangalore another person going to book the vehicle. But I think it is my duty to tell my friends about your service.

I do expect a convincing reply from you before I put the same matter on all community web sites like facebook, twitter, timenow.com, ndtv.com and all national forums.

But I don's want to do it because of few bad people and GOOD CAR...

I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford.
