[Resolved] Ford / Figo — not delivering the car on mentioned date | |||
dear sir/madam myself ananda babu j booked a new ford figo on date 19/03/2010 through and employee named hamenth in cavery ford shimoga.he told that if we pay the entire dd on 19 ofmarch itself means we will get car on 24 of may itself .but until now i did not got car delivary.i called to him he is not picking call so please do the need full......... The image that Ford figo gives to the automobile world in India seems to be false. I own one, the zxi petrol variant at Pondicherry and within three weeks of delivery the air con started blowing warm air! There is absolutely a cold response from the company service centre at Pondicherry as if all this is an inevitable phenomenon if you opt for this car. Now, since last two full days the car is lying at their work shop and I was told that the mechanics have to come from Chennai to fix the problem. But totally unconcerned about the hardships of the poor customers like me due to this unprofessional attitude of the so called high profile car company! Disgusting and frustrating experience indeed !
My self Dipak, i am employee of the MNC, I were found trouble in CAR delivery, when i was going to payment them and booked CAR receiveing, but they refused delivered booked CAR coz they did not have stock. and offered me another model FIGO EXI in red colour, i was booked FIGO ZXI in moon dust silver colour and prize also more then booked prize.
Booking time prize :460423 FIGO ZXI
Delivery time prize :468723 approx.
I was booked CAR on Dt.26/7/10 and 45 day delivery after booked.
I was trying get CAR on Dt.24/8/10 but they disheart to me .
I was meet to KING FORD OWNER Mr. Jadeja, but not any positive response to me.
I know what type of feeling passed to us by them.

I booked Figo Petrol Zxi chill color on th April. The Planet Ford, Pune committed the delivery within 25 days. Till date they had not confirmed the delivery. When i threated saying that I am going to cancel the booking both, The dealer and the executive on helpline is easily saying that tomorrow collect the cheque. So poor responce from both Ford dealer and Ford India. I registered complaint (no 9478329) but really fed up with Ford responce.
