I had purchased Hoya Optical lenses with frame from Foresight opticals in Nashik located at Citi Centre Mall on 25th December 2010 for an overall cost of Rs. 5000/-
Mr. Ankush and Mr. Ahire who introduced themselves as shop managers promised me that I will get the delivery by 28th December in mumbai. However after constant followup I received the delivery on 4Januaray 2011.
On day of purchase they refused to give me the bill and also Hoya authentication card (as gaurantee for free repairs) saying that printer was not working, and I will receive both on the day of delivery. They handed me with a paper receipt with no order number only a stamp and a signature.
On the day of delivery from mumbai (malad) office, itwas told to me that the receipt and the authentication card will reach to me within 2 days by courrier.
Even after constant followups Foresight opticals are not ready to give me the receipt of my purchased goods.
Mr. Ankush was also arrogant in saying that I will not receive the receipt, and they will think about the authentication certificate.
I am going to register a complaint in consumer court for fraud against Foresight Opticals.
I strongly recommend that no one should ever enter Foresight Opticals for purchase of their lenses. People like Mr. Ankush are responsible for spoilingthe brand name of Foresight Opticals. Was this information helpful? | 
Secondly and more grave mistake the made is that they don't take measurements to make sure the centre of the glasses matches the centre of the eye.
My power is minus and cylindrical. Been 10 days and am still not comfortable wearing the glasses I got it made from them. I paid 1780(300 rs extra because its in a mall) and it seems it will be a waste as i will have to get it made again...from better place.
Disappointed!
