Reg:--complain against france vita natura private limited.

Sir,
This is to inform you that i(dr..priyanka das mukherjee) used a 24 days wt loss product from this company named france vita natura pvt ltd.They promised this weight loss programme along with money back gurantee.
I used this product for the said period an as a result I didn’t got a single kilo less.They when I complained to them they said ok u send us the empty bottle and your account number,your original receipt and we will send you the moneyback.
I did as they told me but they didn’t responded after that. After that I repeatedly gave them a reminder letter.I wrote to them again on 25/4/09 whose copy I have retained as a Xerox ,the original invoice its Xerox is also there with me for your ready reference whose scanned copy I am sending as attachment.
After that all this month I kept on calling them in their complain number as given –everytime they says it will take another week,it will take another half a week ,next month so long and so forth.
I am tired by now,pls do help.i am frustrated since I need my money ,after a lot of harrasement I am seeking your help,pls do something to helkp me out.
These people they are bluffing a million people pls stop them and help innocent person like us who believe their advertisement in paper.Thanking you,
