Franch Express Courier Service — Courier not delivered in time

My courier which was sent on 20th of august and was to travel only 35-40kms is still hanging without being delivered. The consignment number is A81864097. It was sent by me from Poonamallee to Guduvancherry. I have been calling around 5 to 6 telephone numbers but i haven't got a good reply yet. Instead they say it is my fault that i had not mentioned the from and to address correctly. I had mentioned both addresses with words 'from' and 'to' on top of both addresses. But still they say it is my fault. It is the seventh say and they are still not able to deliver my courier. But at the time of sending it they said it would take maximum of 24 hrs to reach the place. I had spent Rs20 for the courier and more than this i had spent around Rs50 for calling the numbers iam going to mention below. Every person i call gives me a new number and it goes on but still i dont get any solution and some numbers they give are never picked up. Today even a person was not ready to speak to me and he switched off his mobile. This is how a consumer is treated. His number is [protected]. My airway bill no S01622466 sent by ICICI bank on 3/03/2010 no yet delivered to me. But while tracking the courier in franch express site, it is showing that the courier has been delivered on 6/03/2010. What to do?

Franch Express is the worst courier service provider. Within bangalore city limits they take 4-5 days and sometimes they do not deliver at all. DTDC/Professional is better.

I sent some important certificates from kerala to banglore on 12th July 2011. As usually, they told that, they can deliver within 24 hours While, yet today evening (16th july) it is not recieved. tomoro, sunday, they cant handover. Morethan Rs.30, i spent for calling to different offices of franch express. What a pathetic condition. I think the management is not well They daily come and go back from office only. Please join in the unsatisfied customers of franch express group

I am Manikandan . I had sent courier from Bangalore to coimbatore on 2/1/2012 but not yet reached the destination. #F01096654. I also contacted the regional manager and other Admins. but I got no proper response from them. Now I am looking forward to Register a complain at consumer court against the Franch Express courier regarding this . The one who wants to do the same please join me. Irresponsible fellows should get punished.

Complaining against FRANCH EXPRESS COURIER due to delay in delivery is 1000 % correct. I suffered lot of time with tensions. I made lot of calls, sents mails... nothing or no one respond. I feel THE FRANCH EXPRESS COURIER LTD IS THE ONE AND ONLY COURIER IS GIVING WORST AND WORST SERVICE IN INDIA.. We can not trace tracking details. The newer and other -like professional, S.T, first flight etc., - courier services are giving good service with cheaper rate. These Hub and agents are also head weighted and arrogant persons. We wont get polite reply... Now we are almost avoiding this useless courier service.. From C.I.T Nagar HUB to Trichy takes 6 days to deliver a post cover. The FRANCH EXPRESS COURIER never deliver atleast with in 3-5 days (many time they took 14 days to deliver at Thiruvannamalai from Chennai
