[Resolved]  Franco Leone Shoes — QUALITY PROBLEM

I bought Fracoleone filpflops for 1200/- but i wore only one time and it got torn.There is poor response from Francoleone.Worhy less product.I dont recommend any body

This is a complaint mail regarding the FrancoLeone shoes that
i bought about 4 months ago from Central Mall in Bangalore (Marathali).
And now the sole of the shoe from one the feet is getting torn. It has already started to come out. Even the colour has started to fade away from the top of it .

I have not used these shoes much. This is the first time i have taken shoes of Francoleone and i will make sure it will be last one. When we go and buy the product the salesman will tell every positive thing even those things which are not there also in product. I remember asking him about the colour will it go away or not. As usual like every salesman he said no.

And I remember he telling me nothing will happen to the sole. and if anything happens there will be a complete replacement

I stay in Myresoand cant travel much to Bangalore. So kindly help in either replacing these shoes back or getting my money back.The shoes were of Rs 2195.

Now you might harass me by asking for a bill of the product which i tell you straightforward that i don't have it. And if there is any other way you can help me then that help is much appreciated.

I must stay i am very disappointed with the product I got. And i would certainly not recommend anyone to buy shoes of this company.

I bought a pair of chhappal from Raipur Central, Raipur, chhattisgarh.
From the edge of patti near thumb, it came out instantly without any pressure on it.
The same thing happend with the shoes last year.I have kept that chappal/slipper to complaint regardingly.

Hello Franco Leone team- I have brought white shoe from Central mall, Pune on approx. 2500 rs but the shoe starts cracking from sides of both the shoes. I have saw the previous comments and it seems it is the same issue with all the customers. I believe it is now the fake brand which do not provide the satisfactory products to customers. we are wasting such a big amount on this products. Can i request you to pls contact on my email to replace my shoes

Dear Sir/Maa'M
I purchase a pair of shoes brand name FRANCO LEONE before approx 2 month spend 3495 rs.
But the shoes quality is not up to the mark even metro aa well as franco break my faith & Trust of brand name.
Because i am very trustworthy about the product or provider but its very disappointing thing only after 2 month shoes soul is break both shoes and its painfull for feet.
Before purchase i m very exited about the metro or Franco but its very bed experience for me.
Now i came office with my old shoes and many always with pain.
Please do needfull action for company name in public, unfortunetly its rubbish.

I had purchased the Brown color Your company shoes from your Partner Central JP Nagar Bangalore 4 Months back.
The said shoe is peeling of from each side from front to back making it in wearable.
Attached are the photos of the same.
Kindly do the needful as being a customer of your brand from so many years never faced this type of issue. Hoping for a speedy every on the concern.
