I am from Bangalore and I had paid the entire site value one year back. Though the agreement says that the site will be registered within an year, nothing has happened on that front. Now that the Bangalore office is closed, I have no idea as what to do. I have the contact # of only one person who no doubt receives my calls. But keeps giving a new excuse every time I call him asking for the delay in registering the site.

I have lost hope in this company and not sure whether they will actually register the site. And money, I am sure that I will never get it.

Anybody from Bangalore facing similar problem can voice out their opinion.

Now that the Bangalore office is closed, I have no idea as what to do. I have some person name who is Innermost in this company they r the sub-agents (SHIRDHAR, HEMA, PRABHU, M.E.RAJAN) these r the person who forced us to pay the amount. But keeps giving a new excuse every time I call or Visit the office in bangalore. . I kindly request the respective authorities to take necessary action against this company.

Here is the latest news on JBJ City Developers Bangalore ..When the customers were approached the management threatened them with the help of Gundas. Now that the JBJ City Developer's office is closed at Bangalore, Customers/Investors are planning for a meeting and form an association.

I am xxx from Chennai. Two years back i booked two plots on "New Jerusalem Eden City project" at perungavoor, chennai from JBJ city developers.They have charged me 5 lakhs for each plots so i totally paid 10 lakhs.Earlier, they told that they will issue the land with in two years but, the two years is already over now.When i approach them they told that due to unavoidable circumstances the project is getting delayed so we will refund your amount with 36% interest.They issued me the cheque along with 36% interest on March 2010.But still, i am not happy with their approach because when i approach for cheque i saw one lady who paid 20 lakhs for new jerusalem project and collected cheque from JBJ builders one year back.The problem for that lady is her cheque got bounced and she didn't get any money.She was crying in the office and there was no proper response from anyone in the office and their boss also absconded.So, now i am afraid whether the jbj city developers will return my hard earned money or not.Please my dear brothers and sisters those who get cheated by JBJ city developers, this is the time we need to form a community and fight for justice.Our Lord Jesus Christ is with us.JBJ city developers are cheating people by using the name of our almighty god Jesus.Please pray and fight for justice.Now itself form the community approach them rather than regretting later.Who knows they can run away with our money in a matter of time so now itself i please everyone to take necessary action against the JBJ city developers.Just think over now itself i saw one lady her cheque got bounced that is jbj developers don't have money in their account and just remember they issued us cheque in 2010 so with in two to three months anything can happen so all i want you to do is approach them now and collect your money as early as possible.If they escape before that then almost we have to forget about our money.That's why i am keep repeating, pray and approach them now itself.I would be a very happy man if everyone get their money from the JBJ city devleopers.

It 100% true, JBJ is cheateing their customers. The MD Justis Devadass made prayers in various places all over the country and collected all a good amount in crors and deposited in Binami accounts. Now he is planning to invest all the money for open an enggneering colleage at Thirunelveli.
Please get all the customenrs to gather and form a association to collect back the Hard money.

Rs. 10, 00, 000 is not a joke. It is a hard money. It is your money. You should get it back. The money has been collected by them doing prayers through out India even with the help of one famous paster. Lord jejus is looking all these things. You will get it very soon.

Yes I too invested Rs.10 Lacs in Little Singapore project with JBJ. So far never realised this project.
JBJ is a untrusted & chaeating company. So inform everyone not to invest anymore in any of the schemes & project. Everyone ran away from this company and looted whatever they got it. Everybody blaming each other and they are giving this kind of answer that other fellows looted company money. answers.

JBJ city developer Justin Devadoss was an office boy in one of the real estate offices in Tirunelveli few years back. He steal some money from his boss and borrowed some money from know friends, including one of my close friends around Rs.50, 000/- and mobilized to Chennai. He has several propeties purchased in benami. His daughter is studying in Ooty convent thorugh the money he gained in such types of frauds, where as many people who gave money educate children in ordinary matric schools. Wherever he goes, he say some bible words and get a soft corner with in the ladies around.

He also created lots of misunderstandings between Husband and wifes, that the wifes trust him as a God fearing man, even then the husbands identify him as a fraud and there are lots of quarrels with in familes, about his truthfullness also every one lost their money.

First of all there are some people who helped him this fraud. They are

2. Frederick - He is a retired army employee. He worked in the office for several months and I think even now he is an employee

3. One guy by name Brite - his phone number is - [protected] - He is the one advised many people, who wanted to move to police four months back, collect cheque for the amount deposited with acrrued interest.

If these three people are arrested, it will releal lots of truths about the location of properties.
