[Resolved] FreeCharge — Cheating customer by blocking their money | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have done the recharges via ww.freecharge.in after confirming with the recharge. I have done recharge on number [protected] which is Vodafone number. Freecharge people has deducted the amount from my bank account and they were not able to recharge successfully from their side. Freecharge people confirmed that recharge was unsuccessful. So they need to credit back the money to my bank account but they didn't. They have blocked my money on their website saying that FC balance. I requested them more than 4 times to return back my money to my bank account but they are not listening to me at all. Transaction details are: 1. Order Id: FCVW[protected] Amount: Rs.232/- 2. Order Id: FCVW[protected] Amount: Rs.361/- Please do the needful to get my complete amount to my bank account. Looking for positive and fast response. Thanks and Regards, Ratnakranti Silla.
