[Resolved] FreeCharge — Freecharge - Not delivering Gift Coupons as promised | |||
Hi I have recharged my mobile balance through freecharge site. They assured me that they will be delivering gift vouchers worth of the recharge amount. I have recharged for 333 on june 6 and paid additional 10 for delivery charges. But still I have not recieved any gift coupons. I believe these could be some kind of fake promotional offers to lure the customers to recharge mobile prepaid account balance through their site and finally you will end up with paying extra bucks for the gift coupon delivery charges. Even one of my Friend had similar experience with "Freecharge". Was this information helpful? | |||

Even i have faced the same problem & they have to say that it is already delivered . But they have no proof of the same . I guess its a fake company & promoting to fool around with customer"s . Should take serious actions against such websites ..
