This is totally unacceptable that you are not refunding the amount that you are supposed to be refund. Its more that 20 days over when i placed my order and no refund has been done.
I am going to post these all mail chain in the forums to show how bad you are in customer care.
Also if I will not get my amount refund back today then I will surely go to consumer forum and camplain about it.

Your refund has been processed on 05th feb from our end. However it will take 3-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account depending upon the time taken by your bank to process it.

Freecharge — Invalid Coupon

I received an invalid Cafe Coffee Day coupon. Its not working at any CCD outlet. I have emailed several times to Freecharge but they are not responding. I will wait for few days or else I will lodge an office complain in consumer court.
Hi on 14th March I had recharged my mobiles with the below details

I had used citibank credit card to recharge, but in my bank statement its showing of 3 transactions where 222 is showing twice.
When I contacted citibank they had given APPROVAL NUMBERS for the transactions they are

Even in my freecharge account its showing only 2 records. So please let me know what was the issue and credit back with my amount.

Freecharge — no recharge

I tried to recharge my no. through freecharge. The recharge was unsuccessful as a result the money was converted into credits. Now money is stuck with FREECHARGE but still unable to do any recharge. Even mailed them many times but still the same. My id is [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

Freecharge — Amount of Rs.20/- was deducted from my Bank A/C and the mobile No.9418686959 was not recharged with Rs.20/-

https://www.freecharge.in is an online recharge website. Through this website i recharged for Rs.20/- for the BSNL mobile number i.e. [protected] but the mobile was not recharged with the aforementioned amount whereas their website shows recharge successful.
