[Resolved] FreeCharge — recharge not done in-spite of payment | |||
I tried to recharge my airtel # [protected] online through freecharge.in using my CITIbank debit card... after the transaction I received a msg frm citibank saying that my card was used to make a purchase worth Rs.58 at AVENUES IND PVT LTD on 8 Aug... But the website says tht the payment failed and so the recharge cannot be done.... This is second such instance with freecharge... the last time my 150 Rs were deducted in similar way but that issue is still unsolved.... PLZ HELP ME... Was this information helpful? | |||

This is Gajendra Shrimal, i have placed an order of recharge on 4th may on no.92149***** (Tata Indicom) having order details are following through AXIS Bank Account,but i have not received the recharge yet. i have tried t mail 3-4 times to id given in contact i.e. [protected]@freecharge.in but it always comes failure domain, please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Freecharge — about recharge
i had done 4 recharge but only 2 were successful and another 2 were not successful and i got only 1 recharge coupons and other recharge coupon i didnt gotfrom my dad credit card all the 4 recharge money were deducted
i want my 2 recharge money back immedeiatly
I also faced the same problem with freecharge.in. those people never use to refund money. go with mobikwik.com at least you will get refund if transaction get failure.

i'm recharging my airtel dth with my icici visa debit card
my transaction was completed successfully but my dth not recharge..? why.?
balance of 350 inr was deposited but when again i try using my balance recharge still under process this is unfair.
kindly resolve my problem

Sir,My name is Hardik Shah and I was successfully recharged my mobile no. on 24 AUG 09 and 29 AUG 09 with 200.00 Rs and 100.00 Rs. But today I again recharge My two no [protected] and [protected] with 100.00 Rs and 50.00 Rs. but I am getting a error like this: "Due to some technical reasons we are unable to deliver recharge to your subscriber ID [protected] and Due to some technical reasons we are unable to deliver recharge to your subscriber ID [protected]."
And also got a mail from your side so I will send a print screen of this mail. Please sir help me what can I do?
