[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Failure of transaction and yet my account was charged | |||
I made two payments today the 30th August 2012. The first one was for TATASKY DTH but it was never recharged, so must have failed but my account was debited with Rs.519. The second i recharged my Aircel mobile and my account was debited with Rs.518 but the request to recharged failed. Both transactions failed but the total amount debited from my account is Rs.1037/- and I never got any coupons for that matter. I do not have the order numbers and when i look in my account to check, it states that there are no orders in my account. So i am confused and very dissapointed and demand that you refund the total amount to me immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||

I recharged for Rs 50 for my mobile and the money debited from my account but no recharge or transaction happened, nothing shows in the freecharge account history or credits.
The company can anytime be banned under the Cyber Frauds of the IT ACT 2000.
