Freecharge.in — payment done but not received the recharge amount
I recharged my number [protected] i.e of aircel for 50rs in emergency need. The payment was successful but i have not recieved my recharge amount, on their site its coming recharge in process....please check it and resolve it soon, my balance is deducted from my ATM card but recharge didnt recieved still.Kindly help me to return my recharge amount in my phone, i need itThank you
problem is that send you only 1 or 2 coupons for 300 recharge amount.so thats another form of cheating.why go thro all the trouble of selecting the coupons if they send only less coupons and not full amount...
i m new for this company...i recharged my mom's phone thrice but always refunded by them but cant recharged in that phone...

My order no. FCDW[protected]. I am trying the recharge of 340 on my dth no.45389668. 340 amount is deducted from my bank account but not reached to my dth acc. Please my dear friend never use this site. This is my first recharge and it get failed.
So far I find there is no problem with the freecharge. Only once the coupon for ebay (7% discount coupon) did not work and I am not able to utilise it. In all I dont find any problem. The coupons are sent instantly to my email

I am the latest victim of the Freerecharge amount debited from the account however not received the recharge in case if i have not received the amount back in 5 days i will take this matter further.
Freecharge is Fraud.
They dont do recharge & will not give you your money back on failed recharge.

Everytime I try recharge the amount gets collected by ppl but recharge comes unsuccessfull. later same amount gets Refunded as freecharge Credits without getting credited back into my Account. Now the cycle begins bcz neither is any of my recharge attempts is successful either afresh or with the recharge credits that you say has been credited nor do I get my money back.. my mobile bill paid through freecharge, 934 Rs deducted from my bank but mobile bill still not pain, how can i get my money back.
I have done bill from freecharge balance but they fraud with him and deduct balance from my account 2200 Rs ànd not clear and paid bill still my issue is not resovle after 24 hrs I will launch case in cunsumer court

I have paid mobile bill from last 5 days ago my freecharge balance deducted from freecharge wallet account and my bill is not recived and pending now 2200Rs is fraud from freecharge if this problem not resovle then i will take help court.

Freecharge customer service support is too bad, they are not good enough to fix the issues on time. Rather going through this freecharge app, it would be better to go for some other app - which has good customer support!!!

While I got a instant recharge on my mobile, the printed vouchers/coupons never reached. I have been in contact freecharge.in over there web page but never got a reply that helps to resolve the issue. They say they will get back in 24 hours and never get a reply even after 4 days!!
I also spoke to the courier over phone[protected], http://www.ibexpress.in/). These guys ask for the order number instead of AWB (or tracking) number. Order No. is between us and freecharge.in but AWB no. is the one used to track the courier. This tells me that ibexpress and freecharge.in are one company or somehow linked. So when ibexpress webpage says it's delivered, its never delivered and the ibexpress webpage is simple updated with some fake name. There seems to be a big fraud going on here.
History:
o Mobile recharged on 26th Oct 2012 but no coupons received
o Complaint registered on freecharge.in on 7th Nov 2012
o Called courier on 8th Nov 2012 (they promised to be delivered on 8th Nov by 6:00 PM itself)
o Coupon not delivered till 10th Nov and ibexpress webpage updated as delivered to some NARAYAN.
o Lodged complaint again on freecharg.in webpage on 10th Nov and they said they will get back in 24 hrs, but have never replied yet.
o Called ibexpress on 10th Nov and they said they will send their executive to my address who has not arrived till 14th Nov.
