[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — recharge not received

I have made a recharge on freecharge.in on 9.9.12 at around 11:55am, for Rs.100+10(postage charges) through my debit card. The money has been deduced from my account but the recharge has not been recieved n the order is not showing on my orders(a tab on the website). kindly help me n recharge my phone([protected]) or return the money to my account.

Yesterday (18/03/2011) at 11:21 PM recharged my AIRTEL mobile no.[protected] of Rs.333/- through Online from one of the online recharge website (WWW.FREECHARGE.IN) with using HDFC Netbankin/Debit Card. Amount has been deducted from my Account & received a Successfull Transaction with the Invoice No: 1355084 , but i didn't received the Balance of Rs.333/- to my phone no.[protected].

This was unsuccessful transaction. Refund have been done on 26th march from our end.

This is Abhishek. I tried to recharge for rs124. The. Amount was cut from my bank account through net banking.but recharge was not done. Eveni didn&#039;t get any recharge detail in my freecharge account history.but I hv massage from bank accounts on fund deduction. This happened last week. Last night I again tried to recharge for rs29. First it was failed. Secondly amount was deducted from bank account but was not recharged. This is ridiculous. Company is making fake offers to get some money. How do I get my money back?
