[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Recharge not successful, No Refund | |||
Hi, I have recharged my cell with Rs.454 on 10/25/2012 twice. Amount got deducted from the account but the cell has not been recharged. Again i tried recharging with Rs 343 on 10/29/2012. Again the same problem. What exactly has gone wrong with the website. If there is any problem with the server, please make the website unavailable for the users. I need the refund as soon as possible. Everytime when i recharge, i dont get the coupons to my house at all.. No Idea what is the problem with this as well.. 2G Recharge not done but money got deducted immediately!

Freecharge.in — no refund no recharge
i have done a transaction in freecharge.in for recharge of my bsnl prepaid for rs 200/- so far neither recharge done nor money refunded.i have already taken up the matter with the company but there is no response.
what to do to get back my refund....
