[Resolved]  Freecharge.in — refund

with mobile recharge company "freecharge.in" recharge of rs 150
was done on 09/03/2012 having invoice number 12117246. Recharge
was unsucessful and company was contacted for refund. After
intense persuation company agreed to refund. From the date
of it,s agreeing for refund amount is still not credited. Contacted
to provide refund order/refrence number which it is
not providing .If refund is issued then why it is not providing
refund order/ refrence number.

I was been recharged For 50rs thrice on 26th jan through freecharge the amount of 150rs got deducted from my debit Card account 3times fr 50rs but still didnt get recharge amount successfull need to be refund back iam using ur freecharge So often with so much trust but this kind of incomplete n wrong service to costumer is not good so kindly refund 150rs back to my account
I've Done Recharge On 21st Jan, The Amount Has Been Deducted But Recharge Has Not Been Done.
I've Contacted The Customer Care, Person Told Me "Your Money Is Safe With Us, Amount Will Be Auto-Refund."
Still I've Not Got Any Refund or Update From FREECHARGE...

Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — The transaction is showing success but the amount was not recharged

I recharged my mobile number in freecharge app. My money from my card was taken and the app showed that my transaction was successful but I didn't get the recharge.

Recharge amount of Rs. 110 not credited

I had recharged Rs. 110 through free charge against order ID FCVW[protected] on 5th July 2014. The amount is debited from my Bank account but amount has not been credited to my mobile. Please look into the matter immediately.
