My 71 year old mother received this and unfortunately she thought it was real and called me (daughter) and automatically I knew it was a hoax. I called them and threatened to call The Fraud police and refused to talk to me. We are from Australia and its not fair to do this to an elderley woman.
I got the text as well on 10/01/210 so i rang them up and some african dude answered the phone in a sleepy voice with hello sounded like i woke him up with my phone call dont quiet know what he said at first but then sounded like he realized i was calling about the promo and he started saying congrats to me about five time from than straight away i knew it was a scam so i think someone should find a way to get this guys!
I too got the same messag today andwhen I send the email then they have sent me the same confirmation letter . the same name Fedrik gold was mentioned but fortunatly i just search on the computer and got the same result they asked for the money first by western union .I dont know why they think the people will send them the courier fee first when they did not pay the advance money tobuy anything.

Futher he is asking 2, 20, 000/- for clearence from rbi immdently depositing to my accounts he is telling. Kindly traceout his cell number and bank accounts catch them sir. Now he was in new delhi. Lot of people very much suffring about this lottary scam. Some of people they paid for customs clearence and money exchange and
They were giving darely bank like sbi hdfc online after depositing they will with draw the money and excaping from the place. Why this many lottary scamers came in india we don't know. Now lot of indians very much suffering about this lottary scams. Now we are not in peacepull life. Now slowly we are leaving positive atitude. My self i am a very positive thinking person after this effcted lottary scam i don't belive all things like than i am feeling now. If any body asking means i immdently helping person i am not big person whatever i have in that i am helping nature person. Now these lottary scamers came in my life this is the first time i got b.
