FreeRecharge.in — Amount deducted from bank account but no recharge

On 6th Sept 2011, I tried to recharge my phone with Rs. 333 from my Airtel Service Provider using my Freerecharge account with id: davinkeithlewis. I first tried using my HDFC bank account which failed and generated Order Id. 5449462. I then immediately tried using my SBI account from which the amount got deducted in no time, however no recharge took place.Neither did I receive an Order ID.

As a proof I have the bottom transaction which Freerecharge can trace as their from my SBI bank which shows Rs.333 being deducted. I have not received a single rupee of recharge.

I have a registered account with your service for nearly more than a year. My userid is davinkeithlewis, I have used your site several times for recharges. I have also recommended your services to several other friends. I had also recommened and positively reviewed your site on my www.abstract-thoughts.com

I very frustrated and misguided by FreeRecharge.in service, I had quoted a old complaint id.2810410 as I did not receive any order id for the above transaction.

It is been 7 days and they have not replied or refunded the amount in my account as promised,just flimsy replies such as "request you kindly wait for 3-5 working days for the refund."
