[Resolved]  FreeRecharge.in — Not recharged even after transaction was successful

Did a tatasky recharge of rs 500 and on the next day got know that the accounts hasn't been recharged.
Then i searched for customer support numbers and bwah got to know that they don't have any.
Then i thought if i want to contact them then i have to do the complaint form as i have no other option. Then when i contacted them the reply came "we are super sorry for that mistake and that amount of recharge will be debited in the account within 24 hrs" that i think that they mustn't be having a watch maybe.
