sir my name is knvjs praveen ,my pf no is mh/48037/3081.my company said that all my pf proceeding were sent to pf office at bandra mumbai.till now i dint receive any amount regarding pf.help me out to receive my amount as soon as possible

my name is ramesh MY PF NUM IS MH / 48037/ 7398. i have submit my pf papers what i have received my employer on oct 2009, they have submitted my papers to pf office at mumbai on 7th nov 2009. my employer send mail to me as conformation from thair side it will take 2 to 3 months to clime that amount. but this is 4th month till now i did't get my settlement from ur side.

PLEASE TELL ME WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PF AMOUNT

Ankur i think u should talk to some senior legal knowlade person and also contact to media becoue the same is also happen with my friend and i know the behavior of these 3rd class company and the HR of these company like cleark of Govt office they are not able to even pic the call

ya i am agree with sonia ankur you should contact advocate of service matters and also contact media person becose my brother is also working for this company in 2008, Fullerton India spoil his carrier and the north management of this FICC is realy 3rd class, all people coming from 3rd class backround, and one thing more HR of this company is relay careless and fully time pass

Also for withdrawing the PF, there is a separate form (Form 19 & 10-C) which has to be duly filled and send it across to us .For more clarification on this you can write a mail directly to [protected]@fullertonindia.com.

Ankur i think u shuld ignore the massege from fullerton by prashant becose its only formalite and like offical mail, u already contact and calls to ur hr, my advise is u sud contact 32 people (fullerton x emp, already sent on ur mail) and fight togather by gud luck

Ya anil is 100% right and prashant i think Ankur is not a kid, he knows all the process of full and final and pf and after the harasment of fullerton people he approch at court/complant, now my view is prashant u sud contact ankur as per hr behavior and sort out all the matter for company repotation

Thanks sonia and Anil for your valuable suggetion, i want to share one more thing with you now some fullerton people try to blame that my termination was due to unauthrised activity like bribe or commition from clint against loan and they calling to my all clint one to one and try to convance for same nd also damage my image in market...please advice

Mr Ankur first u tell me were u bitten by a mad dog that u joined this company. The HR ppl and management thinks that they got the co from there father in law as a gift, and avtar HR guy at chd is good for nothing. Kuch nahi aata usko . He is like bhans k aage been bjane ka kya fayeda.
to get ur PF n F&F write mail to avtar, local HR, williams, All BUMS, all Present Ficcl employees, prashant, abhijit and all whom u know.
Do send a copy to the tribune ..in public redressal. they will post it in news paper.
N yes most imp send mail daily three times. just like u eat 3 times. may b someone will listen to u.

hav u guys ever heard that the CEO of a co resigned. this happened in FICCL. all those who work with FICCL can not give interview anywhere. Blacklisted hai company. resumed are thrown in dustbin widout taking interview, Ankur tum to terminate hue ho jo terminate nahi b hue unke sir par b kalank to hai hi.

this is realy bad face of MNC and role of HR is just for printing letters and dirstibuting, now i learn one thing think hundred of times when join a new company...ankur my advice is you just forget all these thing and start new chapter of carrier and one more thing discuss all the matter where u join now bye take care
