WITH RESPECT TO THIS MAIL I RAVI GOHEL EX. PRESIDENT OF VERAVAL MUNICIPALITY . FILES A COMPLAINTS AGAINST YOUR PERSON WHO IS HANDLING IN VERAVAL BRANCH OF FULLERTON INDIA LTD. HE IS MR SUDHIR KARMTA. THE HEAD IN FULLERTON INDIA LTD AT VERAVAL. HE HAS KEPT NEGATIVE APPROACH TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS COMING FOR SMALL LOANS. HE IS VERY BUSY SANCTIONING SMALL LOANS OF HIS NEAR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. BUT REFUSES AND MAKES NEGATIVE REPORT AND MAKES THE WAY TO SANCTION LOAN FOR HIS FRIENDS AND SO. THERE ARE MANY CASES IN VERAVAL WHICH HE HAVE MADE NEGATIVE REPORT ALTHOUGH THE FIRST INVESTIGATION MADE BY THE AGENT OF YOUR FIRM IS POSITIVE.SO HOW COME TO KNOW THAT YOUR FIRM REALLY WANTS TO HELP THE SMALL PERSONS WHO NEEDS THE SAME.A PERSON WITHOUT GIVING HIM THE PROPER OPPERTUNITY HOW CAN HE PROVE HIS GOOD WILL AND GOOD CREDIT.SO WITH REQUEST SEE THROUGH IT AND DO THE NEEDFULL.

Mr Aswani is not given my Loan cheque, he wants me 3000/- Rs. for Given My Loan Cheque.The Loan amount is RS 23000/- Approx. My Document takes Mr. Alok Tyagi & Verification by Mr. Sayyed. My verification is Ok. This case is started from 3 months to till date. He running me everyday for cheque. But Today He Return My PDC Cheque Because i don't give him 3000/- Rs as a Brive (Riswat). please help me.

I can understand ur problem, But this is only one person's mistake. Not from company.

Plz check with branch manager, he can do proper action against him. I future better you directly go to branch & tell your complaint.

I was taken a Personal Loan Amount Rs.45000 from fullertone credit financial at delhi(krishna nagar branch).That time a Employee said to me that after complete 4 installment u will have to paid only Rs.40, 000.But I am giving regularly EMI last14 months
Now, I want to do settle .But after 14 months they are saying u will have to paid Rs.35, 000 & this is not in my budget & I am going out of delhi.SO.plz give solution ASAP.

I am Manish Dhiman taken a Personal Loan Amount Rs.24375 from fullertone credit financial at Baddi Branch (H.P.).That time a Employee said to me after complete 6 installment your EMI is Reduce ie 300 Rupees, every 6 EMI your amout reducing like this
1628x6 =9768
1328x6 =7968
1028x6 =6168
728x18=13104
but after six month no any EMI reduce when i went to Fullerton Branch they told me that is not Possible. & you will pay your Principal Amount after that i do something. i alreadyl pay the 15X1628=24420. but the fullerton person told me submit your EMI 1628 in 3years, when i refuse it then the branch person daily call me & told submit the EMI otherwise i do something. he hearted me.
Now, I want to do settle .But after 15 months they are saying u will have to paid Rs.22, 000 more.SO.plz give solution ASAP.

Dear Sir,

I was taken a Personal Loan Amount Rs.30000 from fullertone india credit company at Faridabad(Neelam Bata Road branch).But I Reced only Rs. 29375/- Cheack he say me some amount has deduct for service charges, and I am giving regularly EMI last16 months from recd loan amount
Now, I want to do settlement .But after 16 months they are saying me that u will have to paid Rs.32, 000 after hearing this, i m shocked i have already paid appx Rs. 32000/- and i talk to Mr. Mamchand Bhati and Hemant Gupta and Anil Chandalia they are come at my home and force me that u deposit EMI otherwise u forclose it and give us Rs.32000/- I request to them that i dont have Rs 32000/- Because It is not in my budget
but last 2 or 3 months i dont deposit any EMI, Tommorrow Means 12/2/2008 one person has come at my home and he say me this is last stage u deposit your outstanding Rs. otherwise after some time i send to you a legel SAMMAN. I m worried it, Now What i do i dont understand please help me sir

I am Jyoti Sharma, My case against Fullerton India Ltd (Gurgaon Branch).
I took a loan for 50000 in the year 2007. Till date I have not recieved any loan schedule regarding my EMI payment. I wrote email to them but no response. Now I want to make a full and final payment to them for the outstaning amount. Due to nan availability of Loan Schedule I am not able to calculate the amount outstanding. Please help me out for making the full and final payment.
I have one more request to you, Please stop them in cheating innocent people, specially poor like me.

iam a daily worker with 300 per day, i require 35000 for 36 months for my sisters marriage, the bank can collect monthly or weekly. but no branch is ready to give me as iam just a semi skilled worker.but iam a sinceire repayer than others with high salary.when will i get a loan?

iam alok sharma my firm in the name of alok &associate iam warking last 4 toyear 5 l have an dsa of IDBI BANK PL, RELIANCE PL, last 7 to 8 month your excutive come to me and he said that i give u my co. agency for it u have to only give us reffreance for it my co will paid u 1000rs. per person if take loan to my co. for it he give an take my pan card my address proff my photo my account detail all document singhned by me . he said u give me reffrence so i beliave them and give them some good reffreance of some one file. he has don some file but yet to them not given my comession he said your code is not genrate i have need again your pan card or take 2 or 3 time my pan card but yet to not give me my agency code. withen this your excutive BABOO LAL CHODHARY has an take money by my client 4 approved don by them but yet to them not given them any singal money to them my customer name is

I am Cynthia I took loan from fullerton for 1, 00, 000 they deposited 93, 000 only and gave a tenure for 4 yrs for 18% thats i have to pay 72000 int rate. the field work when i signed the form said we can change the tenure month.but later when i went to speak with the mananger he spoke in harsh words and asked me to return the loan.he asked to take dd for that will cost me Rs.300 and said i also need to pay penalty of Rs.1500. the field worker and the person who took pd failed to explain me the prodecures

these is to inform you that i have taken loan for CD- Delex bike (Hero honda )in Aug 2008 (14 Aug 2008).

My loan account no is : [protected]
and i have properly paid my all emi on date without missing .
after completion of 9 months i have cleared my all outstanding amount on 26th June 2009 in vallabhvidhyanagar branch and the details are
Receipt no is : 661646 dated :26th June 2009.
payment amount is : 18532.0 Rs with including all tax. after these bank has taken one extra EMI of 5th Jul 2009 and the amount is 2138.0RS
For these i have given many complaints to the vallabhvidhyanagar branch and also given to the customer care but still i have not get refund of my extra Emi amount.

ihave given all doc which proof that bank has taken extra emi but still i have not got my 2138 Rs
and also i have given complaint in cutsomer care but still problem Is not solve
so please help me in these .

The Bank Fullerton India Credit promised me a lot at the time of giving loan. It backed out its promises. I am trying to foreclose my loan account for last three months, but there is no any person who hear the complaint. The totalling blackmailing & fraud bank.

This is senthil kumar from coimbatore, I ve taken loan Rs 35, 000 from Fullertron India on the date of june-3-09, But i ve received the Cheque for rs 31, 000 only, they said Rs- 4, 000 for Processing charge, My EMI is 2300 for 24 month, Now im not in a position to repay the amout for 24 month because of my family situation, Now i want to pre close my loan amount, i ve already paid Rs 18.400, They saying still i need to pay Rs 35.000, how its possible,
