We have taken loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited . Gandhidham-Gujarat Branch on 28/10/2012. We have deducted TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on interest payable to you in various Financial years in which TDS was applicable as per Income-Tax Act. We have already submitted all the TDS Certificates in Form 16A(Original) time to time more then 20 times. We have deducted Rs.40527/- up to 31.03.2013 as per following details : Financial Year T.D.S. SO REQUEST TO CONSUMER COURT PLEASE SOLVE OUR THIS METTER.
