HELLO..

This is PRAVEEN i have bought SUZUKI ACCESS on loan the loan account no is [protected]
i have paid the down payment of Rs 32000 on date 20 Feb 2012 and paid 8 which is 2058 pm due to some financial problems i delayed the payment so the total amount paid by me was 32000+16464 =48464
but as did not able to pay the emi they have seized my bike and sold it in auction 3rd December 2012
and claim that the vehicle was not in good condition later they did call or contact us but after three months that is on 06/03/2013 we have received a notice that they have sold the vehicle which was used only for not more than 10 months have been sold for less amount after making adjustments they claim to make the payment of Rs 27689 which is not fare as i have paid the down payment which i will not receive and i have paid the emi amount of Rs 16464 which i will not receive they have seized my vehicle still i have to pay them Rs 27689 which is not fare in any case.
