This is the matter of a Finance Company : FULLERTON INDIA CREDTI CO. LTD, Regd Office Building no 11, Second Floor, Solitaire Corporate Park, Adheri, Ghatkppar Lin road, Chakala, Adheri (E) Mumbai 400093 Ph:[protected] and their Delhi Address E-4/3, Jhandewalan Ext, 1st Floor Near Post Office, New Delhi 110055.
I had taken a personal loan from Fullerton Finance company in Jan 2008 of Rs.4 lacs ( Four lacs) to meet my umergency financial need which was being repaid to finance company on monthly EMI amount of Rs.11,747/- pm from my salary account . This EMI was successfully paid over 1&1/2 year without any issue.

All of suddern one tragedy happened in family and our monthly income support have got squeezed and due to financial crisis I fail to meet my monthly EMI payments regularly to Fullerton since I am running other housing & personal loans as well.
Due to financial crisis I still tiried to manage and paid part amount of EMI & some time full EMI amount after some gaps. Finally I mat and explained my issue with Finance Company and requested to defer EMI till I recover from this crisis but they are as usual not lisning any thing and regularly warmed and called me to pay this EMI without any fail.

My issue is when some one has taken the personal loan when he was capable to pay that amount but when someone mat an accident and unable to pay then how they can embarrased me harrased me to manage this amount even these personal loan are unsecured nature not like housing loans.

Apart from their regular harrassment they have presented my black cheque collected in Jan 2008 into my bank by filling the amount of Rs.2 lacs to file the case against me for boucing the cheque payment. I am very surprised when I have told them about my financial position then how they can expect to clear payment of R.2 lacs from account and sending me advocate notice to settle the current outstanding of Rs.2.8 lacs by 30th July 2010 else they will go for Aarbitration & Conciliation in court.
Need clarify how to handle this situation since I do not have much days left to pay this amount by 30th July10. I do not have any experience to manage this sitution please suggest me is there any way to secure a customer like me who has genuine problem to hold this amount. They are threatening me to drag in courut if I do not pay balance by 30th July10.
Please suggest me to take any action against their mis behaviour and kind of situation they are creating just because they have money and time to threat me for legal action.

Humble request if you can mediate and suggest to resolve this matter.
