I am serving in ITBP Police, Bonda (Sarahan) Distt. Shimla. I am subscriber of BSNL Mobile No. [protected] and I am using GPRS through this number. One day I was using enternet in coputer from this mobile I choosed an option of subscription service and I got a SMS from[protected] that “Thanks for using subscription service. You have been charged Rs. 30/- at 10.20hrs on 22/9/09” and Rs. 30/- was deducted from my occount for this service, which is not usefull to me and I want to discontinue this service.

3. Meanwhile I gave an application to this effect to SDO Rampur Bsr, Distt. Shimla to discontinue what there is not response till and in 22/10/09 I got agains SMS from[protected] that “Thanks for using subscription service. You have been charged Rs. 30/- at 10.20hrs on 22/9/09” and Rs. 30/- was deducted from my occount for this service

It is therefore requested that my above service may kindly be be discontinued and this service may got deactivated.
