[Resolved]  Future Bazaar — FutureBazaar - Fraud company with poor customer service

Hi,

I have placed a order on 27-Jan-2012 (Order# [protected]) at futurebazaar.com but still I am waiting for the delivery of my order I have placed the order because it was suppose to deliver till 10-feb-2012 But when I contact to customer service they told me that It will deliver till 18 Feb, When I contact again to customer service then they are saying "due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product we will deliver it on or before 1-Mar-2012" but still there are no update on the my account section.

I am not able to understand why these guys are taking order if they are not able to deliver these orders, If the orders in shopping cart is not in their control then refund the order amount to customer if they want.

But I am not getting any thing neither the refund nor the products. As the name suggests Futurebazaar, I hope they will deliver it in future if my luck works.

I think this is the perfect slogan for futurebazaar "FutureBazaar - Just place your order and we will ship it in future with no time line :P".

Great brand with great service what else I can say about it, Place your order If you have money and time to waste on placing order and following up these peoples.

this is with reference to your order number [protected].

I am sorry to mention that the dispatches of the products have been effected due to an overwhelming response for the special promotional offer. However let me confirm that the product " Sandisk 8gb pen drive" has been dispatched from our end via Aramex courier airway bill number: [protected]. As per the status on www.Aramex.Com the product is already delivered at your shipping address on 11.02.2012. I request you to kindly check and confirm the receipt of the product at your end.

Further, let me confirm that the remaining products have also been dispatched via Aramex courier airway bill number : [protected] and the same are in transit. As per the update in the logistic partners site the shipment is out for delivery. Please be assured that the product will be delivered at your specified shipping address by our logistic partners.

I once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay and hope you will give us second chance to prove ourselves.

Dear Mr. Aditya,

I am back with a new order (Ref# [protected]), I placed this order on 25-Mar-2012. I checked the delivery date before placing the order by using your "Check delivery date for your pincode" tool it is saying that "Buy this product now and get it delivered before 29 Mar, 2012.".

On 02-Apr-2012 I am still waiting for the order to get delivered, But I think I was not supposed to wait for the delivery I was supposed to wait for your excuses. Am I right Mr. Aditya?

This is second time when I placed the order on future bazaar and both the time result is same, this is called consistency. right Mr. Aditya?

When I am tracking my order on aramex site it is saying that "Shipment Delivered - sign". But I have not received the order. What the hell is this.

My first 2 orders takes more then 1 month to deliver 3rd was defected.

Now I placed my 4th order (Order# [protected]) which was suppose to deliver by 03-June-2012, What can I expect at this time?

Hi,

I have placed a order[protected] on www.futurebazaar.com on 22-Feb-2013, while making the payment order was cancelled due to some inventory error but my payback points (1268) was deducted from my account.

These are my order details:

Partner Name: PAYBACK redemption
Points Redeemed : 1, 268
Payback card : [protected]
email ID : manoj.[protected]@gmail.com

Please do the needful so that I can get my payback points back to my account or add the deducted money in my wallet. So that I can place a new order.

I 100% agree with this, the company is a fraud with poor customer service, you should close the brand frauds.
They are doing the same thing with me for furniture delivery!
