i had taken a 0% interest loan from future capital to purchase a TV. now after completing more than a year, and completing all EMI, they had again deposited security cheque which was given by me at the time of sectioning of loan.
when i inquired, than i came to know that one EMI was not paid for Rs. 1159.(through ECS).
but when i check my bank account, at that time i came to know that there was enough balance available on that day.
they had given me back amount after deducting last EMI and penalty of 1000 RS, but they are not ready to provide me the reason for the penalty.
i had call them many time, and even i had wrote many mails to future capital but there is no response from them.
so i want to complain against them for wrong deduction of penalty without my fault.
