This is regarding my suit purchse in mentioned Central Mall at Thane Ghodbunder on16th jan 2011. After purchse the same suit were given for alteration and we were asked to come and collect it on 18th Jan. when i went to collect that on 23rd jan it was misaltered by them putting this onn tailoring fault asked us to get other replacement as there is no another same suit in the outlet. they offered to take money back but here why i should suffer for their mistake after purchasing and payinf full money and hoping to get it on said date it comes ouit to be losing on my side. I asked them for the compensation for my Time and Money i invested with purchse they said its not a practice to compensate in retail business. My question here is if Late duty, Penalties are applicable for all business transcaction then why not here?...
