Futurebazaar.com — Items not received

I have placed an order[protected] for 3 items on 29th Jan 2012. After lot of hardship when i managed to connect with customer care on 1st Feb 2012 they confirmed that it shall be shipped by the endof the day.But as of today 6th Feb 2012 the online status shows that only one of the item has been shipped but that also I have not received.What a blunder they do while shipping only few of the orderd items.Also I paid them through my netbanking online in advance. They seems to simply cheat and give unnecessary trouble to the customer.

I HAVE PURCHASED SHOE STAND MY ORDER ID IS [protected] BOOKED ON 10 02 2012 STILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIVED THE PRODUCT THIS COMPANEY IS VERY VERY POOR I HAVE PAID MONEY IN SECONDS THEY ARE NOT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT YET 20 DAYS IN MY OPENION THIS FUTURE BAZAAR IS VERY BAD WHEN I CALL THEM THEY SAY WE WILL SEE I HAVE LOSTED 200/- THROUGH THE CALLS

Ordered item was suppose to be delivered by 29 Mar 2012.
I had sent mails but no response.

Please let me know whether I will get ordered item or not.
