[Resolved]  Futurebazaar.com — refund problem

I had tried online purchase through www.futurebazaar.com on 23/07/10 , amount deducted from my bank accounts(netbanking) but order not captured.

My Bank transaction id[protected] date 23/07/10 amount Rs.1,851

Still not yet refund to my account.

I regularly putting mail to [protected]@futurebazaar.com,
giving reply as your amount was refund on 15.07.2010 reference id for which is [protected].

This is different previous transaction of my online purchase.

Big bazaar not giving customer support persons not giving proper reply to us/

FutureBazaar.com — non delivery of product

I have ordered a product on 26 March '08 but i have not received the product till 06 May'08. They are saying that product has been shipped but they are unable to give any airway bill no.
Kindly do the needful.

This is with reference to our telephonic conversation. We are sorry to inform you that the order number [protected] was not successfully captured in our records due to the error at the payment gateway. However we have received the amount four times at our end.

As the order was not successfully captured in our system, we hence have instructed our banking partners to refund the amount charged to you for the transactions.

Further to our discussion, we understand that you have still not received the refund of Rs. 1851/- against the forth transaction performed online.

We hence have coordinated with the banking partners regarding the issue and refunded the amount charged to you for the said transaction. Let me assure you that the refund amount will reflect in your bank statement in next 4-5 working days.

i bought a sony vaio laptop 0n 23/09/10 of Rs. 33990/- but due to some technical reason my order was not processed at futurebazaar, e end. i requested them for refund for 5 times but every time they gave me 7days, 2 days, 3 days, 48 hours etc.. and told that my money will be refunded in the given time. but all the time given by them has passed and now when i contact them they again give me 48 hours of time. i want to know that for how many times they will give me a time period to refund me my own money as the order was not captured due to their mistake.
My order number is [protected] for which i requested refund and they everytime gave a new reference/complaint number from which the last one is 505271 and told me that my money will be refunded to me in 24 to 48 hours but again more than 48 hours is over and when today again i contacted them (futurebazaar helpline) they are again giving me a time of 48 hours. i want to know how many times they will give me time to process my refund.
no satisfied response is being provided by them and all them time they keep saying sorry and give me 48 hours of time..
everytime new executive picks up the call and he repeats the whole story once again giving me some more time to wait..
i want my money back.. is there any law.. ?? can anybody help me

Future Bazaar — Refunding of Money

I ordered one Philips home theater. Instead of one, I got two sets. I called the helpline number and asked for picking of the extra product. In spite of that the product was never picked. I have called them so many times now. Each time they say they will arrange a pick up of the product and will refund the money.
My money has not been refunded and i am being charged the interest on the amount (Credit Card).
It has more than 45 days now. I want my money back with interest as soon as possible.

On 07th Dec 2010 I have booked a maharaja mixer grinder scheme. My order No. is [protected] and I have made payment on 09th Dec 2010 through Chq # 083016 Deposit to futurbazaar's ICICI account number[protected] the same was provided by customer care executive. I pay Amount of Rs.975 . But Cancelled above order from your side and I had requested for refund of Rs.975 refund request no. is 592395 dated[protected].
I don’t receive any refund till today.I have full proof for this transaction. I am vary shocked to this type behaviour of futurebazaar.com. Please help to refund my amount Rs.975 from futurebazaar.

FutureBazaar.com — non-delivery of product and no refund as well

i purchased a microwave oven (Whirlpool Magicook 25C Treat 25 Ltrs Convection Microwave Oven) along with a) Convection microwave oven kit b) 27 PCS Dinner set c) REEBOK CLASSIC WATCH (FREE WITH WPOOL) on 24th march 2011 from futurebazaar.com
Although microwave, oven kit, and reebok watch have been delivered but the delivery of 27 pcs dinner set worth Rs. 2162 has still not been made and neither the money refunded to me.
This product (dinner set) was delivered to me on three previous occassion - but in broken condition - hence rejected.
please suggest me a course of action - i have all the reciepts, bills, and challans.

i ordered a jack daniels zippo on 7 from futurebazaar december and ordered nikon camara from naaptol 2 days later.After 4 days futurebazaar canceeled the order due to out of stock while i got the camara from naaptol same day.Why is futurebazaar so lagging behind.Please refund my amount soon as after reading the complaints it seems i would have to face tough time getting the refund back.Why are you taking the order if the item is out of stock and taking so long time for verification?delivery seems to be a long way ahead.
I ordered a jack daniel zippo at rs.1856, id:[protected] on 7 dec.They took the order and after 5 days, they said item is out of stock.Why are they taking order if item is out of stock.I got suspicious because the item is in stock in perfume2order.Futurebazaar has referenced p2o as their supplier.Now after reading all the reviews it seems i have tough time ahead in getting refund.Someone was mentioning futurebazaar delibrately cancels the order and make the process late so as to invest the ordered money.I am worried i feel the same, because exactly same incident is happening to me till now.Please refund my money within 72 hours as mentioned.The response from cistomer is too bad.
