gate scholarship — delay of scholarship

Sir,
we r some students.....v had our admission for mtech in one govt engg college under , Maharashtra state govt. with gate qualification.it has almost three months after our admission , since then we didnt get any scholarship frm aicte (v r all elgibile 4 scholarship under aicte norms).here our college adminstrs r saying frm our side v hav to send sme application twrds aicte ,but thy clrly not telling wht to send and in which format.The ill state of the story is with the same words our seniors hadnt got any money lastyear ,still all r on the hope.....sir plz write to me regarding wht kind of formalities from college ,student or even frm AICTE side to do for getting the scholarship money......i dont need to tell u sir why govt arranged scholarship...v open cat..people had tried GATE ,cracked it ..without any concession .....v wnt to see who r all those culprits or wht system make stopping this .......in case of more complaint whr v wnt 2 approach ,tht too u hav to tell sir.....
