I am KC Reddy posting this complaint from Ongole regarding the Docket no[protected] of Gati . I booked my house hold items(two Packets) from Delhi to Ongole AP. I received my items in broken,open condition and some items were missing from the booked packets ,when I asked about the gati branch office located at Ongole , They are replied that it might had happened on the way from Delhi and we are not responsible for that ,there attitude is very bad, I placed total 5 complaints to Gati costumer care and posted in gati complaints regarding my missed items( they always say ,Sir our officer will call you and will solve your problem soon ,,, I kept waiting and waiting .. no one called me ,and the customer care people will speak so hypothetically towards Gati and keep the coustomer in loop of problem always . Such a careless people they are ... thay never reply for complaints posted in their Gati site They never reply to customer complaints,they made a complex process to get things materialized for complaints , by asking send scanned copies of observation note, POD copies, ect ect.
Gati degraded itself by playing cheap tricks with people by appointing or giving its franchise for irresponsible people at the receivers end.
