Gati — Non Delivery of product and irresponsible behaviour of employee

GATI had to deliver my parcel with Docket No :[protected] by 1st August 2011 and I have been waiting since last 2 days without any proper answer from the officials. They have been giving me Haphazard timing of delivery but in vain. Irrespective of my various calls for query they are neither answering with certainty nor behaving properly.
